Staff was great. Room was quiet. Bed comfy. Shower was hot. Towels were fluffy. Coffee was good. Breakfast tasty.
One item that wasn't so good - the black mold on wall next to shower. When I entered room at 9pm, shower fan was blowing - clearly left on for a reason. Seeing black mold is very off-putting.

We have stayed at this local several times, we have always had a room on the 2nd floor. This time we had a room on the 1st floor and what a difference. The room was a lot smaller, the bed was very uncomfortable, the carpet was dirty. I had the “Do not disturb” sign on the door and housekeeper still knocked on the door, the location of this hotel is great we absolutely loved staying here but after this trip I’m not sure we will be back as I didn’t get any sleep the 2 nights I was there as the bed was absolutely horrible. Sad thing is the feet of the bed was more comfortable then the head of the bed. Bathroom trim was filthy.

Off putting man laying on couch in lobby scrolling social media VERY loudly, couldn’t even hear the woman at front desk while I was checking in because it was so
Loud. Seemed as if there were numerous people living there. Lots of noise in halls and parking lot in the middle of the night . Didn’t sleep at all

我入住的是弗雷德里克丽笙乡村套房酒店 (Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Frederick)。这家酒店规模虽小，但非常舒适宜人，维护得也很好。性价比相当不错。房间漂亮、现代，而且最近刚翻新过。对于来此地旅游的人来说，这绝对是一个不错的选择。
然而，让我感到意外的是，酒店员工严格遵守内部规章制度，而不是关注客人的舒适度和灵活性，即使在一些情况下，如果他们能采取更以客人为中心的服务方式，入住体验会更好。
