The hotel is old but is good condition overall. The beds were comfortable and clean! Little things were off - only 1 coffee for 2 people; only non dairy creamer (yuck) and the coffee downstairs was just terrible! Breakfast was meh as well. Not worth the amount of money we paid.

Parking was fairly easy, great food locations nearby.
Walls were thin, heard the person above us continuously walking from 3am to 5am.
Breakfast was free, coffee was not strong at all.
Staff were friendly and helpful.

Filthy, smelly. Bathtub wouldn’t drain after a shower, apathetic rude clerk was new and disinterested in making our stay even decent.

Room not comfortable. No easy chair, no dresser drawers. No extra paper products. Breakfast ended an hour earlier than week end but no posted hours.
Room had loud noises in middle of night.

My wife and I we're liking our stay in this hotel but not until the very last day. It comes with free breakfast. We're told it's from 7am-10am, and didn't know it's 7a-9am on weekdays. So, on our last day today (Sep 22), we went to have breakfast at just about 9am. So, this lone staff started packing all the food abruptly since it's 9am as if where not there. I told the staff that we didn't know it closes at 9am. Didn't even bother to ask us to get some food before she took it away. Anyways, the poor us still managed to grab a bagel, 3 slices of bread, and an apple. An elderly lady came later and was surprised that all the food where gone. Of course, she was completely ignored by the same insensitive staff. The lady said she won't come back to this hotel ever again. The same goes for my and wife.

我入住的是弗雷德里克丽笙乡村套房酒店 (Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Frederick)。这家酒店规模虽小，但非常舒适宜人，维护得也很好。性价比相当不错。房间漂亮、现代，而且最近刚翻新过。对于来此地旅游的人来说，这绝对是一个不错的选择。
然而，让我感到意外的是，酒店员工严格遵守内部规章制度，而不是关注客人的舒适度和灵活性，即使在一些情况下，如果他们能采取更以客人为中心的服务方式，入住体验会更好。
