This hotel is shady and I would warn people to stay away. We had an ******* reservation and we showed up around 8 PM to check into our room and found out that they had given our room away because it was a “busy weekend”. Thankfully, they had a suite that we could stay in that night, but it was dirty, stains on the sheets, a tiny sofa bed that my two adult children had to squeeze into. The following night we moved into another room, which was better. The next morning, the hotel tried to tell me that the refund they had promised me the night before (for switching into that room) would no longer be issued. After talking to the manager who said he would then issue it, I still haven’t seen it in my credit card activity. We shall see. I would never stay at this hotel again. The breakfast was frozen waffles and a step down from normal hotels. Good thing there is a Bob Evan’s across the street! It is a good location for visiting U of M - that is the only nice thing I can say about this hotel.

因为当时忙着没来得及做攻略，是我订过最差的酒店没有之一，酒店在火葬场旁边，我开车刚到就发觉酒店周围有可疑的人在车边游荡，鼓起勇气去check in， 但房间脏乱差无法用语言形容，感觉像那种店。君子不立危墙之下，马上退房，酒店方强硬地说退房是无任何退款的，无奈先逃离是非之地再说，又只有马上迅速又在携程上定了安娜堡大学对面希尔顿的安全区域，这种立即订当天酒店比平时贵了一倍，加上损失的两晚上的钱共损失了四千多元！！本来1分都不想给，但是好像必须给1分才能提交
一分都不愿给这家宾馆，拉开窗帘看到的是殡仪馆，知道为啥称它为宾馆而非酒店了吧，房间设施可以用一塌糊涂来形容，换了四间房，床塌的，卫生间门打不开，马桶一直漏水没一间能入住的，这种宾馆还能在携程上存在真是醉了。不过，可以去那过万圣节👻💀
不好意思，忘了说他们的服务了，主要是我们完全没感觉到有服务，换第三间房，打开房门，满屋的垃圾，视频为证，根本没打扫过，竟然换给我们入住，强调一下时间，此时为当地时间23点左右。
住宿条件还行……但需要帮助
我通常对经济型酒店没什么意见，只要房间安全干净就行。但这家酒店有一些问题需要解决。首先，后走廊的门关不上。走进门，外面就是低收入公寓。房间里：冰箱坏了，没有面巾纸（我从未在任何酒店见过这种情况），浴室瓷砖松动（水涨船高）。空调漏水把地毯弄湿了。水槽里有滚烫的热水。
床还算舒服。没有光顾免费早餐；看起来很糟糕。他们真的需要解决这些问题！降低价格，不要宣传早餐！
一家普通的酒店。一家普通但还不错的酒店。如果你期望不高的话，这是一家还不错的酒店。
酒店房间干净整洁，入住手续简单，热水浴缸和泳池区也不错。唯一的问题是其他客人，我们隔壁还有其他客人，他们的孩子在走廊里尖叫、摔门、跑来跑去，我们不得不要求他们多加考虑。我们离前台很近，如果他们能提前来，我会很感激的。
我们住得非常安静、放松。房间很干净。只有一个小问题：我们住的第一个房间有一张床坏了。联系了前台，那位年轻的先生立即把我们换到了走廊对面的另一个房间。下次还会住在这里。
我很喜欢这个空间，但并不开心，因为我没有得到我原来的房间，所以我的生日很令人沮丧，但有足够的空间放我所有的东西
过去几年我多次入住这家酒店，价格便宜，我从未遇到过任何问题，下次我再来这里还会入住
