The staff were incredibly sweet and readily available. Nice rooms, some recent renovations and updates, good lighting for parking. One of the few places with reasonable pet fees and up to 3 pets. Wish they offered more than 2 pillows.

People hanging around outside drinking all night
And noisy TV ‘s next room very late at night
Could have been just bad timing.

Received survey shortly after checking in (which was just picking up a room key since I checked in on line 😀). Commented that refrigerator wasn't cold and bathroom sink didn't have a way to fill with water. Sometime after we went to sleep about 9pm, there was a knock on the door. Employee wanted to discuss survey. Told them to leave. Not a reason to wake up guests. Other concerns - dirty toilet lid, clock not working, no plugs by bed for cell phone charging.

It is always our goal to fix any issues our guests might have or be unhappy about as fast as we can because we want everyone to be happy and have a great stay. After I received your feedback email from *******, I immediately responded then called our clerk on duty to correct the 3 issues you mentioned: no sink plug, refrigerator not cooling, and noise level too loud. She located a temporary plug for your sink, had instructions on what to look for to correct refrigerator issue, and was asked to check for noise and ask the source to please quiet down as they were disturbing other guests (you). She called me back at 9:30 stating she knocked on your door and your husband answered it, screaming at her to go away. She was only trying to help. I apologize that our eagerness to help was an issue or that the time delay between when you replied to the feedback email and I got it was long but we simply wanted to try and correct the issues you mentioned to allow you to have a better stay. We thank you for your business and hope you have a safe trip.

Staff were fantastic and very friendly. Accommodating of our late night arrival… the AC unit in our room made some pretty awful noises all night, making sleep very hard. It’s Texas, so roaches are always a factor, but we found a little too much evidence for our comfort level in the room we were given. Bathroom was newly renovated though!

I apologize that a few guests didn’t follow the quiet time rules and played their music all night. Please never hesitate to contact the clerk on duty so we can get that corrected immediately. We are currently running to capacity housing several corporate guys therefore there will be time of low water pressure if they all arrive in from work at about the it is to shower. This is also the reason the hk staff cleans rooms not on a daily basis. We have limited staff and are striving to find a happy middle for everyone. Again, we are grateful you allowed us to serve you . Thank you!

Overpriced for all the construction going on. Door didn’t close well, it had an oder like someone had been smoking.

酒店回复: Thanks for staying with us. I apologize that there was smoking odor in your room as our whole facility is non-smoking. Apparently someone did that without permission or us knowing. I will get maintenance on that door immediately to get that issue corrected. As far as pricing goes, we stay well within the price range of the other hotels in town and feel like we are more than far with everything we offer including a hot breakfast which a lot of our competitors do not offer. However the hot tub is in order and working. The gentlemen staying at the property are a work crew who has given us zero trouble & have been staying with us since early 2025. I’m sorry if they made you feel uneasy. I’m sure that was not their intention in any way. I will get maintenance and hk on that smell and get it taken care of. Again, we truly appreciate your business and hope to have another opportunity to serve you. Thank you.

My friends credit card was charged twice for a room I didnt even stay in. Hotel sent me a text message that I didnt get until Monday night at 11:30 pm that credit card could not be used because it was n t in my name. And also charged me a pet fee I didnt use either. I need full refund for ALL charges! I have text message from hotel also.

酒店回复: Hi! I apologize that due to security reasons, the card wasn’t accepted directly at the property. However, that same card was on the 3rd party reservation and charged only for the stay and not the pet fee! You might want to contact your friend as we talked to him yesterday and also refunded his card for the stay since your name was not on the credit card used to hold the room. Security measures have really tightened due to so many fraudulent charges and us not allowing usage with a prior authorization is our way of helping our guests to avoid credit card scams. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused but stand firm with credit card companies in our fight to prevent any fraud that may occur. Thank you!
