We regret if this was not clearly communicated to you prior to your arrival. All of our ice machines were fully operational during your stay. We apologize if you experienced difficulty locating one or if there was an issue that prevented you from accessing ice.We apologize for the oversight in not writing your room number on the card envelope. We understand this can be helpful for guests, and we will remind our team to ensure this is consistently done. Concerning the bar/restaurant as for now we are opened Monday-Thursday 5:30-10pm due to being short staffed.We are genuinely sorry that your stay fell short. Your comments are valuable, and we are continually working to ensure our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
