This facility was clean which I truly appreciate.
A worker by the name of Michael gave me a different viewpoint on the customer service aspect he was amazing.
The only bad part of my stay was the shower head didn’t work.
In passing I talked with Michael which explained everything.
When the opportunity comes I will stay in this facility again

Staff was extremely courteous.
The room could use some attention. One handle on the drape was broken off, the toilet paper holder was broken, there were small chunks of food in the kitchen sink drain (smelly).

My room was clean and I had a lot of space! The staff was absolutely the most wonderful and friendly staff I’ve seen in a long time! I enjoyed the quiet. I didn’t want to leave! Thank you so much for the great experience! I hope to b back soon!

This hotel was amazing — everything was spotless, spacious, and so comfortable. The staff went above and beyond and were so kind and welcoming the entire stay. You can really tell they care about their guests. The room was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Overall, it was a perfect stay and I’d definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

Eh extended stays are just ransacked with people who try and live there months at a time. No room service, lots of cigarette and **** smells, not very clean upon arrival. Won’t stay again.
