Overall the super 8 was a very good choice for my stay really appreciate the service and the breakfast rooms were clean and had a good night sleep

Did the online check in to save time...didn't make a difference. Got to the room and went back and asked for a different room because it smelled really bad of stale cigarette smoke. Next room was better but was still "stale". The hallway down by the lobby smelled so bad that when we walked by to go out or to get ice I had to hold my breath. Never experienced that at a hotel before. I went with this hotel because of price but I have certainly learned my lesson. I travel to this area frequently and this Super 8 is now on my list of places not to stay.

The room itself was clean, and certainly met the needs of my family for our night. The lobby looked dated, and the exterior looked like it needed a power washing.
The staff were curt, and unfortunately mildly discourteous to my wife, when she asked where to return the baggage cart.

This property was maintained well. We really appreciate the front desk man JOE! He was able to answer all our questions and had a smile on his face while working with a slow computer and people waiting. He was very kind and he deserves recognition. We also noticed the general manager did not jump in and help check people in when there was a line waiting. Not nice to keep people waiting who want to spend their money at your motel.
If you’ve got a successful motel it’s because of people like JOE!

脚趾甲屑!
脏死了!淋浴间、马桶上、天花板上都挂着头发。地板上也有脚趾甲屑。墙很薄。我们实在太着急,所以就去试了一下。这家速8酒店离兰博球场很近,所以花了不少钱。请不要急于求成,提前做好计划。
我们房间的门关上后,要么完全没锁(就像轻轻一推,门就能打开,不用钥匙),要么卡在需要酒店工作人员协助的地方。根本没有安排其他住宿。
我们房间的门上有洞,毛巾上还沾满了化妆品,他们还让我们额外支付了40美元才能提前入住。总之,住宿条件非常糟糕。
