酒店地理位置优越,方便前往商店和高速公路。停车位充足。办理入住手续也很顺利。然而,房间和毛巾每三天才会打扫一次,除非你特别要求。我在第二天要求更换毛巾和打扫房间,但没有完成,回来后不得不去前台说明情况。房间里的电话一直都不能用。早餐还算可以。

我们房间里有两只蟑螂,而不是一只。我们带着两个年幼的女儿,而且已经收拾好行李了,所以我们硬着头皮熬了过去。第二天早上,我们去浴室准备的时候,又出现了一只蟑螂。我拍了下来,让我丈夫下去通知前台。我们本来不打算在这里吃早餐,想要一些补偿,因为我们预订的主要原因是照片上看起来不错(照片很有误导性),而且一家四口的早餐加小费通常要60美元。前台的回复是“没办法”和“应该昨晚告诉我们,这样我们才能换房间”。我猜他们不明白蟑螂是怎么回事,因为它们不会只限于一个房间。如果可以给零星,我一定会给。
