There were roaches in the room, the towels were dingy and dirty and we didn't have e ough towels for two people

Worse hotel they had roaches hotel hallways smelled like ass and cigarettes and musty dnt go to this hotel first room they put us in it was crumbs under the sheets so they threw the sheets on top and thought no one was gonna check the bed the front desk people barely be at the front. Bad services I’m getting my refund

When we first checked in the lobby looks nothing like the photos. We were assigned a room. Upon entering it was smoky and over 150 degrees in the room. I entered to find the oven on high and the door open with smoking coming from the stove. We were given another room with no towels and no linens for the sofa bed. It was after 8:30 pm before we were able to obtain them. The lobby / front desk was unattended for a very long time. (A man had been waiting to get checked in for over an hour.) Room needed significant attention. Holes in carpet, disgusting chairs, rusted stove, bathtub failing away from wall, toilet not attached to the floor, hardware falling off the walls, etc… I will never stay here again!

The most filthy hotel we have ever booked. We have stayed at extended stays before and have never had a problem, this was the worst experience ever. Was not greeted by the front desk, customer service is lacking, and the hallways and stairs smell awful. I had just arrived from Florida after dealing with hurricane Milton and having no power. I wanted to shower, get dinner and go sleep. I had my kids with me. I opened the door of the room and was floored with how gross the room was. Black stains all over the floor, the bathroom was questionable, but what took us over the edge was the condition that the sofa and pull out matress were in. So much garbage behind under that sofa, cushions were dirty and that matress was awful! I immediately told the front desk that I was checking out. I didn’t feel safe with my kids there and there and it was absolutely filthy. I do appreciate that I received a full refund as I was only there for a few minutes. Something really needs to be done with this location. It is giving extended stay a bad name.

We added a day to our vacation and our hotel couldn’t get us in. Not a problem we will stay a day and move. There was a reason this is the only hotel with availability. I wish i had read reviews. The problems we encountered have been the same since May 2023. First the side door wasn’t working and a guest (later found out it was the owner) let us in. The breakfast is just muffins. The kitchen was empty but the worse was dirty panties in the pullout and blood stained mattress. I have worked in hospitality for over 20 years. Tried calling extended stay services they are open m-f 8 to 5 Never have i seen such a horrible hotel. The only thing saving the hotel is the front desk agent who is sweet and amazing. Girl if you are reading this their are better places to work.

Hands down the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Last minute check in available for you and roaches. Fresh air available outside of the hotel, inside of the hotel, gut wrenching. Weary head? Rest it on the rock of a bed, accompanied by smelly pillows.

PLEASE DO NOT STAY!!! warning!!! this is the most horrible hotel I have ever seen, as soon as you open the door the smell of cigarettes is HORRIBLE, there is no lobby and the pictures that are on the internet are NOTHING like when you see it in person, this "hotel" is scary, the hallway is dark, the door is dirty, when I went to check my room, smell like mold and cigarettes, the bathroom was used and not clean at all, the kitchen was falling apart and the bed has red stains on it, the lady that approached me was nice, I went back and asked for a refund and I told her that I could not stay in that terrible place, I went with my 12-year-old son and I did not feel secure at all, I asked for my money back, but until today they are refusing to give it back to me. PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THE PICS ON THE WEBSITE BECAUSE IS A LIE.

STAY AWAY
The room was not acceptable. There were stains, which appeared to be blood ,on the bed mattress. I could not stay at this hotel. I expect not to be charged for this room.
