I was caught unaware that a booking company received my call. I later realized this particular Days Inn had a no pet policy. In attempting to cancel the charge against my credit card I was not receiving the service I deserved. Mike (front desk) stepped up and made sure my money would be restored (in 7-10 days😒). I so appreciated his assisting me with the cancellation since I don’t think I would have gotten it otherwise. I learned an important lesson. When one requests a motel/hotel in a particular location, the number called is likely to a booking service. Be very careful. I think I’ve learned it’s best to go inside and deal with the front desk.

Rooms are clean and quiet.Staff is excellent.l.The location near the rogue river is a nice attraction. You can go for a walk along it's pathway..

The room is nicer then I expected. People are nice. It's also very quiet and comfortable. The room is also very open I'm in the second floor with a balcony. Nice shower and bath tub. I would recommend my friend and family to come here and visit the Days inn .

The experience was great. Quite, clean, spacious room. The gentleman at the desk was friendly and very helpful. I would definitely choose to stay again.

Excellent front desk service. Our room was very clean and user friendly as well.The price was also very affordable. Would recommend to others, and plan to return here next time we’re in Medford. I believe it will be our favorite place to stay from now on! Marisa

Very clean and quiet! We got in late on a Tuesday night and never heard other guests or traffic. Were able to get a good night’s rest!
