How a person is greeted when first register sets the tone for the stay. Unfortunately, this first impression was not what I had hoped for. From that experience, things continued, tub drain was broken, water was brown when first turned on in sink and tub, vanity counter not clean, constant walking around most of two nights from room above us, second night room next to us had music playing beginning at 10:40pm, called front desk, lowered a bit for about 10 minutes and then turned back up. It was now 11:00pm, both tired from long day, would have requested room change but just needed to get sleep for long drive home, put in earplugs thankfully brought along, got a few hours of rest, just so frustrating for $300 for a bed and couple towels. I will find other lodging during our next trip to visit family.

I have stayed several times over the last month or so totaling at leadt 7 nights and during every stay i have had a great experiene. Particularly with Chrissy who ive seen maonly during the night shift. Cannot understate how helpful and pleasant she has been. Probably the reason i wont stay anywhere else(if theres availability) in and around the Annapolis area. Keep up the amazing customer service!! 5 STARS

Room was very spacious. Including large walk-in shower. Checkout time is a generous 12:00. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A nice Italian restaurant is within easy walking distance and a very short drive to Annapolis Mall and countless other restaurant choices.

去哪里都得靠开车,必须有车才合适居住。距离安纳波利斯海边和海军学院大约半小时,距离巴尔的摩也半小时左右。周边有超市,方便买吃的。大堂比较温馨,有免费咖啡和茶。
和家人在这里过夜休息非常棒,安静又干净。所有提供的设施都和描述的一样,状况良好。
酒店位置很好找,房间也挺舒服。早餐很差,鸡蛋和土豆都干巴巴的,培根油腻腻的,橙汁淡而无味。不过华夫饼还不错,所以我们就吃了华夫饼。他们从我们的信用卡里扣了100美元的“杂项费用”,但我们根本没有这笔开销。他们说要4-5个工作日才能退款。我会留意这笔退款的。就因为这件事,我们以后不会再住这家酒店了。
前台工作人员非常热情友好,乐于助人。房间还可以,没什么特别的缺点,但比不上希尔顿,感觉有点老旧。酒店周边环境有点乱,经常能看到流浪汉。
地方不错,就是很老旧,水很难喝,饮水机也坏了。不过总体来说还算愉快。
