Exceptionally rude female working at the front desk. I’ve yet to be treated in such an unfriendly and downright nasty way. I don’t think I will return and don’t recommend others do either

I really enjoyed the stay here. We pulled in just after midnight from a drive. I personally slept really well in the room. The mattress was really good and I personally thought the hotel was not very loud. The building is a bit older, but I like the interior atrium. If I have to stay here again in Grand Junction I would definitely consider staying here.

This was not a good stay. We didn't have our own vehicle, we had a disabled person in our party, and our room was on the other side of the building. Breakfast wasn't available for us, the heater unit did not work in the room, and children were running up and down the hallway screaming after 11pm.

酒店回复: Upon checking in you provided your car details as our front desk provides a parking pass valid for the duration of stay. I'm not sure how you're stating that you did not have a vehicle. You also booked a double queen room, instead of an accessible room and you made no mention at check in that you had a disabled person with you at the time of check in. I also do not see where you made any form of complaint with the front desk about the noise issue, nor the heat problems, you say you were experiencing, so therefore we were not able to address or rectify the matter. Breakfast hours are 6-9 AM each morning, if you went for breakfast before 6AM or after 9AM, then a breakfast would not be available then. We know you have a lot of choices out there and so sorry that we did not meet your needs. I hope you find more suitable accommodations in the future.

I feel for the staff at this property because they're constantly having to say things that corporate wants them to say. I called on Friday to make the reservation and asked if the hot tub was working and the gentleman said yes, when we get there the Jets don't work and it's 87°. You could tell the staff was regretful that they had to share that with me and the $5 parking which is not on the front of their web page at all. Shame on corporate!

酒店回复: The parking fee is clearly stated in multiple places on all websites and at the front desk. As a hot tub per definition does NOT have jets, it is working correctly. We do not advertise we have a spa....which does have jets.

Curtain was torn, shower curtain was torn at the top, when we got there a dirty towel was behind the front door, batteries for TV remote were dead, But the staff were great, & having a high ceiling in the public open area is really nice. I love the big beams on the ceiling, very attractive

Everything was clean but this place could use some decor updating. The breakfast was good. We needed to use the luggage cart, and it seemed we had to walk through a maze to find our room.

Pretty muck clean. Tub had shampoo drips,edges and corners of bathroom floor needed better cleaning. Breakfast was good.
We got there at 1:30 after driving straight from Las Vegas and your clerk wanted $25 more to check in before 2:00. We had an accessible room and have 2 recent knee replacements. Won’t stay there again.

酒店回复: As per your reservation, the guaranteed check in time is 4PM. We do allow check ins from 2PM to4PM FREE of charge. Prior to 2PM, it is a 25.00 fee, as with the majority of hotels.
