Perfect and easy stay!
We stayed here during paren's weekend for OU and it was great. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet! We would definitely stay here again.

The bathtub was peeling paint, and I believe someone stayed in our room with a pet and it wasn’t clean properly. So our allergies were going crazy. Pet friendly hotels need to be sensitive to people who have pet allergies.

There was dirt and what appeared to be rat feces in an easy chair. Property was worn out and dilapidated. Cigarette butts in back courtyard. This place needs a deep clean and updating.

The room keys did not work. I had to ask for new keys so many times that I walked 18 times on one day back and to the staff desk. My room was on the 4th floor furthest from the staff desk. The manager and staff offered nothing other than I just needed to keep trying the new keys they would give me.

Friendly staff. Even after we had to go back to them multiple times because we kept demagnetizing our key cards. Tiny screw up when my name got charged on the room don't know how they got my married name on it since I've been divorced for 6 years now.

Not a great experience
The lobby is updated and clean, the elevator is very slow and looked terrible. Our tv didn’t work and we called the front desk on our arrival night and there was no maintenance person who could help and we were told the same thing the next morning.
Breakfast was mediocre.
At checkout I asked for a discount since we had no tv and no one could fix it and I was told I would have to talk to the manager who was not there. I asked if they could call me and the girl at the desk said she would make a note.
