I booked a double queen room for two professional drivers, but upon arrival the manager assigned us a single queen. When I requested the room type I originally reserved, the manager refused, threatened to withhold my deposit, and then hung up on me. This level of treatment is unacceptable.
The hotel lacks basic customer service, the rooms are outdated, and the overall cleanliness is poor. For just a few dollars more, you can find far better accommodations at nearby hotels. I strongly recommend booking elsewhere.
