I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It seems to be in an unsafe area of town, with signs in the parking lot saying they were not responsible for theft and a very unwelcoming check in window (not a desk in an open lobby).
We complained 4 times (between 9 pm and 11 pm) about the people directly above us running, stomping, dragging furniture around and making an intolerable amount of noise until finally at almost 11 pm after we had gone to bed, and had to go to the front desk for a 4th time, they allowed us to move to another room. No hot water for a shower the next day. Uncomfortable bed. Hair on bedding and in shower. Nobody asked us at checkout how our stay was. Very unpleasant stay. I never complain but could not deal with the noise and staff who simply did nothing to remedy this until we were ready to pack up and leave in the middle of the night.

The location was super convenient, and the room itself was really clean. But honestly, the atmosphere was disappointing — it was way too noisy. There wasn’t a real closet, just some hooks on the wall, and a few of them were broken so they didn’t hold clothes well. Customer service was okay, nothing special. The breakfast wasn’t great either — very few options, so I wouldn’t recommend it. Also, the elevators weren’t working, which made things a bit annoying. This was actually my second time staying here, but I was really disappointed this time around. I don’t think I’d stay here again.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Elevator was broken and side door to parking lot didn't work. There was minor damage to bathroom sink and towel hangers were missing.

Great location, affordable, staff is friendly, loved the renovations and tons of unique light fixtures, huge TV, very nice bathroom with a walk in shower, clean towels and comfy bed. Elevator worked just fine. Thanks again for your service.. Highly recommend!

Stayed for a weekend, the hotel was very clean, staff is very friendly and accommodating, you can tell they care about their guests. The location is very close to I-85 and had plenty of food options nearby. I will definitely be back!
