Great hotel visit to see family, nice room, good breakfast, kids loved pools, was cold though, no hot tub.

Good location. Room was very spacious but seemed loud from hallway and floors above. Sleeper sofa bedding not stocked in room; Had to pay for everything in game room; Breakfast was disappointment- apple juice watered down, waffle maker wouldn’t fully cook waffles, slow to restock items

When we walked in, the room was FREEZING, but we fixed that right away (just never had that experience). The bathroom floor was VERY sticky, my guess is too much cleaning solution and not enough water mixture, but that's just a guess. The toilet wasn't flushing, no matter what we did (and we only peed) so we called the front desk. they came up, said they can bring us a plunger. I asked if we could change rooms because I didn't feel that I should have to use a plunger each time I needed to use the bathroom. He seemed a little annoyed but let us change rooms. The 2nd room was fine except the remote didn't work. I didn't want to deal with it so I left a note on top of the remote saying it didn't work. The last thing was, we were there for a college visit. About 10 mins after we left the hotel, my daughter realized that she forgot her nose ring on the bathroom counter. I called and asked if they had found it, he said that they were on that floor now cleaning and he was going to have them check. I asked that he leave me a message as I won't be able to answer due to the tour we were going to be in. I did get a call back, but no message. I called and he said that they didn't find it. Just seemed like they were quick to call back and didn't even really look for it; so $20 later we had to get a replacement. Again, I know this was my daughter' fault for leaving it behind but maybe have a better eye when cleaning the counters as I'm sure she's not the first to leave any type of jewelry.

The kids loved the breakfast. The room was neat and clean. Plenty of space for 5 of us. Pool was alright. Little chilly, but you get used to it. No hot tub. The game room needs some attention. Pool balls missing, no dartsc

The whole hotel was clean and smelled so nice the whole time. The staff was super nice and alwas helpful. The amenities were great from the indoor pool to the game room that had ping pong table and a pool table

Items were continually out during breakfast. Based on their occupancy they should have two waffle makers.

Our adjoining rooms were accommodated. The rooms were clean and breakfast was hot.
