Staff is very friendly. Our room was clean but smelled like an old ashtray, the shower curtain is falling apart from the top and the shower curtain rod is falling out of the wall. We opened the window to air it out but it didn't help.
Don't count on breakfast. The breakfast options are terrible, no protein other than sugar filled low protein yogurt and sugar and oil filled Jif peanut butter. Other than apples and bananas all of the breakfast choices are over processed and sugar filled junk. Not even hard boiled eggs are offered. Even bananas would be a welcome addition.

Could’ve been good
Renovated rooms. Staff friendly. Overall pretty clean. Would’ve rated better but this was on the bedspread. Unfortunately found in the morning.

Overall not too bad, breakfast was just what they had out the night before. It’s definitely an older hotel that’s been renovated with used furniture. But the people were good. For the price it wasn’t bad.

Great hidden gem
This is a hidden gem. It is located right next to apartments for the local college, so it is very safe and clean. The room was very clean, the bathroom was clean. Only downfall is at the breakfast is Very limited, but bang for the buck I would highly recommend this hotel.

Second staying here in 5w. This room was redone. Super clean. Bathroom was clean and in better condition. A/C ran either super cold or warm. Very close to campus.
