Was a good stay. Room was clean, everything was fine. Heater was set to full when we got there, and tough to turn off. They were having issues with it. So very hot in the room.

Hot tub was not working and we weren’t notified prior, temperature in the room was not consistent as well as a dirty room and atm was out of order

Overwhelming air fresher odor in all public spaces. Toothpaste in bathroom mirror. Mouth and hand prints on windows. Dust on tv actually measurable. 50/50 at front desk; staff great and other half incredibly rude to guests and other staff members.
Will not return to this hotel.

Staff was nice. Wish there was extra blankets in the room, some places provide an extra one and this one doesn't. Otherwise the place was nice and clean.

The staff were absolutely amazing! From the front desk to the gentleman manning the breakfast to the housekeeper in the room, they were all fantastic!
