This was a late arrival and we may have got last room.
Staff fixed tv immediately.
However, the room reeked of fresh paint- my wife barely got any sleep. Odor was so bad we opened the window despite freezing temp and no screen on wondow..toilet would not flush.
No glasses, no hangers. Entrance door jamb was binding. Had to use toilet in reception area and it was filthy and no hand soap.

They didn’t have my reservation when we checked in so we didn’t have a king sized bed as we had requested. It took a long time for the desk person to find us a room to check into when we arrived although she did finally find us one.
It was noisy all night with people coming and going making it difficult to sleep. The room was clean.

Bed was comfortable and appeared new. Hotel was under remodel but this room was newly remodeled but it needed a good mirror and window sill cleaning. Floor was clean as was linen. Towels were very soft. Staff was great. Was noisy in hallway.

It's cheap, so expect cockroaches and other bugs. The continental breakfast is bare bones serving essentially old bread and bagels. Sunny D for juice option, and milk for cereal. The toaster is almost broken down. Some staff are nice, others severely rude. Limited electrical outlets no usb for phones. The wifi is surprisingly fast.

Room was very clean. Hotel has recently been updated & new owners now the hotel is so much better rooms are very nice & it feels so much safer to stay staff ate friendly and helpful. Before the new owners the place was run down & it didn't feel safe to stay. Overall I love how it is now.

No breakfast as advertised, rooms were smelly and not clean, air conditioning units in the rooms were noisy and inefficient.
Dirt piled up in the hallways, any noise in neighboring rooms and in the hallway could be heard clearly in the rooms as there was visible gaps in the doors.
