Mold on the fruit at Breakfast. Grapefruit dried out. Broken bathroom fixtures (toilet paper holder & magnifying mirror). No extra blanket in closet since husband and I like to sleep at different temperature. Moldy grout in bathroom.

房间很好，浴室也很干净。我们办理入住时，前台那位女士的态度不太好。
太贵了。价格这么高，质量却很差。
房间很干净，早餐是点餐式的，这点很棒。前台员工也很友善，不过酒店离市中心有点远。但酒店前面就有一个商场，这个也很加分。
我希望能收到一张包含营业时间和地点等详细信息的卡片。
有些事情沟通不畅——
我觉得厨房工作人员/经理态度冷漠。我不到10点就到了，但因为厨房关门了，所以没法点早餐。
前台工作人员很友善，特别是Eva。
我是一名医疗旅行人员，上夜班。与大多数入住酒店的客人不同，我需要一张床供白天休息，而且需要提前入住。前台工作人员满足了我的提前入住要求，并在早上9点就给了我一间干净的房间。我立刻就睡着了。没有噪音，浴室也很干净。自助餐更是锦上添花。我已经预订了以后所有的住宿。接下来的几周，这里就是我的家了。每个人都面带微笑，热情友好。
酒店还不错。当时有很多聚会之类的活动，所以酒吧很热闹。调酒师忙得不可开交，轻松应对各种情况。我们的房卡有点儿不灵光，估计是锁里的电池没电了。房间挺好的，就是有点儿暗。
酒店不错，就是电梯太慢了！
我们去度假的路上只是短暂停留了一下。入住手续办理得很顺利，快捷高效。可惜的是，有一把房卡坏了，所以我不得不下楼重新设置。这种情况经常发生，所以这并非酒店的缺点。不过，电梯是我在这么大的酒店里遇到过的最慢的电梯。酒店里还举办了一场大型婚礼，更加剧了这个问题，所以在长途跋涉之后，电梯上行、下行、再上行都花了很长时间。大堂外的小酒吧很不错，调酒师也很友好。总的来说，在帕罗尔地区，这是一家不错的选择。
除了浴缸排水口之外，其他地方都很干净。第一次使用浴缸水龙头时，浴缸里流出的水是脏的。
