The walls are so thin in the rooms that we could hear every word the people in the room next to us were saying at normal talking volume. There was a heater issue that caused a loud banging noise for hours in the middle of the night. Outdate rooms.

Check in service was poor, they overlooked the room we book, didn’t inform us of amenities and were out of pool towels and towels for guests ! Our bathroom/ bathtub was disgusting

Great customer service. Hotel could use some updates, but overall is still a nice place to stay.
