Pool wasn’t even close to warm.
No coffee /hot chocolate offered in lobby except on weekends.
Very short staffed on thanksgiving valet asked if we wanted to go get our own car
No microwave in room had one in ice room. No one emptied that trash can. Kind of gross
Rooms were kind old looking. Not worthy of four star hotel

The friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable. We were out with friends most of the time, so mainly appreciated having a comfortable place to spend nights.

The hotel is conveniently located near town and the football stadium. The staff were professional, courteous and friendly.
