Ahoy mate
Our room was under about an inch and a half of water. Once we returned from our ball game at 11:30, I went to the front desk to inform them and the front desk attendant said. What do you expect me to do about it? Why are you just now coming to tell me about it? I informed him of our situation and he decided to send us to another room. We get to new room and it is exactly the same. We ended up staying at a different hotel because the lack of effort from the attendant. The bed covers were nasty. There were holes and mold all over the room. Highly disappointed but what do you expect?.

Please don't stay here
We tried calling 2 different phone numbers for this location and received no answer. When we arrived, a doorbell needed to be rung, and after several minutes, a clerk came to the window. No mic, so it was difficult to hear. Rudely stated an ID was needed when I gave my name. Said the lobby was locked and not available for us and our guests to sit and visit. The door to the vending machines was also locked.
In the room, the floor was exceptionally slick/dirty. There was only one chair, so we were not comfortable visiting with our guests. Evidence of bug parts on the floor. The ice machine was only available on the 3rd floor. Repairs are needed on the doors. Painting had been sloppy, resulting in drips on the floor and other surfaces. The tub had been painted and was chipped.
The day clerk wasn't rude, but seemed unwilling to be bothered by a request for coffee or reporting that the room's floor was slick and dirty.

The sheets were wet upon arrival, burn marks on the counter, and looked a bit ran down. Not necessarily worth the price but it was something.

No smoking even tho you purchase a smoking room
Booked a smoking room and wasn’t told it was no smoking and then was told they colent rent to me again because I smoked in the room I purchased as a smoking room and the room that was the only one near without a no smoking sign on the door very first picture 204 is my door without the sign

Floor was very sticky and slippery when we arrived. Lots of attention of detail that was missed out on when cleaning. Thankfully we were only there for a night. The area is great. But the rooms and environment themself need more work. Wish our room was properly cleaned and tended to before we arrived!

门锁都快从墙上脱落了,清洁工给我开门的时候差点把它扯下来。床硬得像石头一样,我都怀疑那是不是床垫。地板很脏,到处都是油漆渍。墙壁虽然是新刷的,但到处都是修补的痕迹。我们房间前面的房间大部分都在大修。如果没有武装护送和生物防护服,我绝对不会住这里(我在床单上发现了一只棕色的小虫子,所以不敢用淋浴)。
不到一个小时,我就订好了另一家酒店。没能拿到全额退款。网站上的照片完全是骗人的。别给自己找麻烦。
千万别来!!!
房间里有蟑螂,床上到处都是食物残渣,公园里还有乞丐。糟糕透顶的体验!!!
