It was in a quiet area that seemed safe. The breakfast was very nice. The staff were great. Two points that were not so great. The mattresses were very uncomfortable. I couldn’t sleep. I think it is very old with perhaps a mattress topper. I understand changing out mattresses may be pricey, but people are paying to get sleep. Our towels were laid out on a shower chair. I don’t know how clean the chair was, but I didn’t appreciate clean towels being placed on it. I know butts are sitting naked on those chairs. Some inexpensive shelving would be nicer.

The room that I was in meeded repair. The bathroom counter was cracked and the wall switch was put on so crooked. The plaster around the heat/air was crunbling.
Loved the bed and pillows.
The check-in staff was delightful.
Not sure who the woman was, butbelieve to be a morning manager, was not especially helpful to the staff. When she got a cup of coffee, she kept in a high voice saying "coffee, coffee". She works there, all she had to do was move the lower coffee pot and put the upper one its place. Teamwork!

No Late Checkout?
Was in Danville with several friends doing the inagural Three Sisters Marathon. When I booked the room, I requested a late checkout. I received a response that they are 'adding it to my folio'. Upon checking in, I reminded them of the late checkout- the front desk clerk said that they do not offer late checkout on Saturdays. The chckout is 11am. No exceptions. This was extremely frustrating and dissapointing as we didn't wish to drive 1.5 hours home in wet, sweaty clothes. I honestly wish I knew this before booking because it possibly would've changed my decision.
Otherwise, room was clean and comfortable. Didn't go to breakfast as the run was Saturday morning, but it looked really good and plentiful.

在我入住的两天里,每次洗澡时,我都不得不站在没过脚踝的脏水里,因为下水太慢了。真是太恶心了!我以前也住过这家酒店,也遇到过同样的问题,但没这次这么糟糕。此外,我房间的地毯非常脏,到处都是污渍,早就该彻底清洁了。这也让人感觉很恶心!而且,浴室太小了,两个小洗手池的设计对我来说也不实用(一个小的在浴室里面,另一个小的在浴室外面)。建议所有房间都进行翻新,以扩大狭小的浴室,并重新设计两个小洗手池的布局。这样一来,浴室里就可以安装一个或两个正常大小的洗手池了。
我得去上班,想延迟退房。如果额外付费,我可以接受。他们说我可以在中午12点退房,但不能更晚。我同意了。上午11:40,维修工开始敲我的门,当时我正在打电话处理业务。
即使需要额外付费,也应该会根据我的时间安排做出调整。
早餐很棒,真是意外的惊喜。我住在5号房间,靠近制冰机!不过,尽管要举办大型会议,房间还是很安静。如果再来附近,我还会住这里。

考虑到价格,我们有点失望。浴室的排气扇坏了。我们的浴巾和沙发床的床上用品都不够。我怀疑我们不会再来了。工作人员很棒。
