Staff was fine,but limited. Elevators inoperative. Some things wrong in 2 out of 3 rooms. Mixer wouldn’t shut off. Breakfast prices like fine dining. No lounge available during the day.

Everyone was extremely nice. Especially our room service lady, Elisa (think spelled right) she was amazing!!! Hotel was beautiful for the lobby and a good size store available along with a bar to sit at if you wanted.

Really bad experience that was my first time to stay. I had a bad experience with the elevator. I got stuck in there for 10 to 15 minutes. I got panic attack with that and I got two my finger got scratched. Everyone was complaining. It’s not only me. Everyone got stuck there. None of the button was working. I am very disappointed.

They were courteous, but one was not “friendly” and didn’t acknowledge me standing there as the only one on line while she took another work call for a couple minutes.
The beds were super hard - like getting on a haystack with sheets over it. They don’t use duvet covers just a sheet over the bottom and sheet over the top. But the sheets were clean.

酒店有三部电梯，但我们住的那段时间只有一部是能用的。有一次我们等了15分钟电梯都没来，最后不得不走了六层楼梯下去。前台有一位女士态度非常恶劣，我简直不敢相信她还能从事客服工作。
一切都很棒，我们很喜欢。
我预订了第一天早上的夜间入住。我们直到周二凌晨 4:00 才入住。我们将在几个小时后退房
