The place is well maintained and welcomed us warmly when we enter. Service from the Restaurant staff was excellent but the food we ordered (mixed grill) was not tasty at all though is was presented in a good way. Surprisingly it was not tasty but I believe they might have some good chefs apart from the one who cocked for us 😜. Must give a try another day. Overall experience was ok.

I had a truly disappointing experience at this place today, despite having made a reservation in advance. After arriving and being seated, we ended up waiting for over 30 minutes without any attention from the staff. We repeatedly asked multiple staff members, including a senior one, for the menu and to take our order, but unfortunately, no one seemed to care. The lack of service was absolutely frustrating, and it completely ruined our dining experience. After wasting too much time, we decided to leave. I won't be coming back to this place again, as it’s clear they don't prioritize customer service. I suggest you go there only if you have enough time to waste and can afford to wait more than 30 minutes for a staff member to come and take your order. I wonder if it takes this long just to get attention, how much longer it takes to actually receive your food.

We had a 55th Birthday Celebration at the Ruby Hall. We coordinated all the plans from Australia and the Manager Manjula was very cooperative and very supportive towards our event. Really supportive staff and excellent food. Very good experience with them. Would recommend to anyone. Dr. Shavindra and Anusha Dias

We typically have returning customers, but on this occasion, we were extremely disappointed when our order was incorrect and the food did not meet our expectations. The waiter also had a rude demeanor. The waiter did not check in on us after serving the food until we finished eating. I had to ask for the supervisor before anyone came to address the issue. Fortunately, the supervisor handled the situation well and was very positive. They even cancelled an extra dish that was mistakenly brought to our table. However, we have decided not to return to this hotel again.

I had my wedding at Ramadia Ranmal Hotel, and unfortunately, the experience was far from what we expected. The hotel waiters were not helpful at all, and despite informing them several times, the venue was not ready when we arrived. This lack of preparedness added unnecessary stress to our special day. Although the wedding food was great, the cake structure was not what we had booked, which was another disappointing aspect. Additionally, we found a fly in the food during a family dinner at the hotel. Overall, our experience at Ramadia Ranmal Hotel was unorganized and disappointing. While the wedding food was good, the lack of helpfulness from the staff, the unprepared venue, and the poor quality of the family dinner left us dissatisfied.

We have went to the restaurant and they even don't care ourselves and I have waited to receive a menu card long time than usual. They have passed us and giving menus to the people who came after us and they are not having a track of customers as first come first serve. I don't know whether this is due to the busyness of steward. This place is a better place to visit on nor.al days and not recommended to visit on holidays and poya days.

No napkins. Hand towel/face towel
Noisy after 10pm.
Food service and quality ver poor
Wouldn’t stay or recoomend to any body.

Worst hospitality among hotels. Not well planned the sunday day outing. They have just target the money only. Not recommended. Worst place ever seen. 😡🤬🤬 Please don’t believe their words. They are cheating. Only they need is money. No proper hospitality. After access the pool then we can’t have a wash as well. No bar of soap in the bathrooms and not cleaned well. Food are also worst. I think they are using same oil two or three times again and again have a bad taste in fish deval and mush room deval as well.

Date 2024.01.07 time 6.45pm On rainy days, Stewart should be trained to check on customers at the outside tables. I didn't even get help to take the ordered food inside. Very poor customer service last night, I had a very bad experience because of it.
