The hotel needs a complete makeover. Started with when entering the building there were piles of garbage (invitation for rodents) The interior of the hallways- walls filthy carpeting was beyond filthy. The room- the lock on the door did not work, the cabinets in the “kitchen” were falling apart, Take a shower and there was hair in the tub go to grab a towel and it was stained. We slept with the lights on but that didn’t matter because we woke up to a cockroach on shower curtain. We quickly checked out once we saw that. Would never ever stay here again. Place should be shut down permanently. Front desk staff also not helpful.

Stayed here during family weekend for UD. Dirty, old, noisy, and unkempt (kinda smelly too). Staff was nice tho. Not a good choice unless you’re desperate.

No clean Linens you have to give them Linens to have them clean. No kitchenware for you to cook in the kitchen. Back burner and room 116 did not work at all. three and a half room condition did not mop the floors dirty. The P-trap underneath the sink in room 116 was leaking profusely. But the overall performance from staff I give five stars

房间条件还可以,有厨房,但没有微波炉,厨房用品还需要去前台登记,1小时后自己去前台取,不是很方便,特别是着急烧饭的时候。前台服务较慢,经常找不到人,需要等待较长时间。早餐及其简单。
办理入住花了很长时间,负责为我们办理入住的工作人员不肯告诉我们问题是什么。只有一部能用的电梯,而且那部电梯很慢、很吵,还让人有点害怕。另一位客人告诉我们,工作人员正在更换所有床铺,所以没敲门就进了他们的房间。我们通过 ******* 取消了预订,然后离开,因为房间太脏了。走廊里到处都是杂物。房间里令人作呕,床下有烟头(我数了至少 3 个,而且这是无烟房间),地毯上有死蜘蛛,地毯上还有污渍。最后,我们房间里还有一股很浓的空气清新剂的味道,掩盖不了房间里的异味。我从来没有遇到过这样的事情。我们非常感谢 ******* 协助我们取消了酒店的预订。我们回程时预订了同一家酒店,但马上就取消了!
