房间有股难闻的味道,整体体验非常糟糕!
房间条件还可以,有厨房,但没有微波炉,厨房用品还需要去前台登记,1小时后自己去前台取,不是很方便,特别是着急烧饭的时候。前台服务较慢,经常找不到人,需要等待较长时间。早餐及其简单。
我从未有过这样的经历……房间脏得令人难以置信,空调和冰箱都坏了。没有电话、咖啡壶,也没有电视遥控器。浴室地板上全是水渍和棕色的……不明物质。床垫硬得像石头,睡在地板上都比这舒服。
当我们回到前台反映情况时,他们连句道歉或换房的提议都没有……前台那位女士脸上带着同情的表情,好像她完全理解我们的感受和原因……好像她早就预料到了。我要求退款,然后离开了。
办理入住花了很长时间,负责为我们办理入住的工作人员不肯告诉我们问题是什么。只有一部能用的电梯,而且那部电梯很慢、很吵,还让人有点害怕。另一位客人告诉我们,工作人员正在更换所有床铺,所以没敲门就进了他们的房间。我们通过 ******* 取消了预订,然后离开,因为房间太脏了。走廊里到处都是杂物。房间里令人作呕,床下有烟头(我数了至少 3 个,而且这是无烟房间),地毯上有死蜘蛛,地毯上还有污渍。最后,我们房间里还有一股很浓的空气清新剂的味道,掩盖不了房间里的异味。我从来没有遇到过这样的事情。我们非常感谢 ******* 协助我们取消了酒店的预订。我们回程时预订了同一家酒店,但马上就取消了!
这家酒店臭虫泛滥,但他们却置之不理。我已经联系了特拉华州卫生局,正在等待回复。此外,房间非常脏,整个酒店的安全状况令人担忧。千万不要住这家酒店!
房间还没准备好。最后没办理入住就走了。与其说是酒店,不如说更像个流浪汉收容所。*******应该把费用退还到我的账户,因为我们不得不另找一家酒店。
拿到房卡花了将近30分钟。前台服务人员态度恶劣。房间里没有咖啡机,而且大堂的咖啡每天早上8点就喝完了,之后也不再供应了。
我不觉得这叫早餐。他们只提供咖啡,没有奶精。他们只有女主人做的松饼和燕麦片。
房间里有异味,一半的插座都坏了。我不得不从房间的另一头拉一根延长线来连接电视。
那些房间非常脏乱,令人作呕,睡在那里很不舒服。工作人员态度很好,但我们一办理入住就立刻退房了。
