Desk employee was annoying. Wouldn’t stop talking when I had just gotten up; even followed me down the hallway blabbering away. She was nice but either she was lonely or that was her personality. Some people just love to hear themselves talk!

When I turn the heater the heater start smoking and the fire alarm went off. Good thing is the cleaning crew they came they clean right away and they provided us with plenty of towels.

Bathroom layout VERY CRAMPED. Towels paper thin.
But, the price was right. Nice big TVs too.

AC was very noisy, when the room temperature is satisfied the fan would start knocking like it was hitting the fan shroud. Brought the issue to the staff the morning and she knew about the problem and stated that the part was on order. Tub draining very slow, when done showing the water level was 3”. Room was very dark and the switch by the door does not work with any light. The desk light was not working. Breakfast was good.

Very run down. Microwave didnt work, crack in the ceiling, hole in bathroom door, you have to be at least 6 ft tall to adjust the shower head, dirty/stained blanket on bed, waffle batter was empty, no elevator, pool area chairs were full of dust. When i started to share some of my concerns during checkout, I was told the housekeeper had 28 rooms to clean that day.

We had a really good time. Wish they would of had steps to go down into the pool. They was all very nice and gave us fresh towels etc every day. Ty to the staff for also providing a step stool to 1 of us could use get up in the bed as they are tall beds.

We were trying to find a reasonably priced hotel on our way home from vacation. The reviews made it sound 👌 The extremely nice clerk made sure we had a room by my son. The stairs to the 2nd floor were pretty dirty but that happens. When we got into our room the carpet was dirty also. Then both of the bedspreads were stained. So we put those on the floor. Then I pulled the sheets back and sure enough they were stained. That doesn't make anyone feel to good.. I can tell this is a older hotel and needs a little tlc. It was definitely a little pricey for the condition. The very sweet & helpful clerk, I wish I could remember her name was definitely the gem in this hotel.
