We enjoyed our two night stay at Super 8 in Great Bend, KS. The hotel while not fancy was clean, staff was friendly and our stay checked all the boxes. Quiet & convenient area with Walmart to the East and Dillons to the West. Located on Grant on the South side of 10th St. We would definitely stay here again.

Disappointed that the TV was not working and the front desk didn’t have a solution. It’s nice to relax and watch tv before bed and it was not an option in my room.

I was dreading my stay after a miserable Friday night experience at Super 8 in Hutchinson, however I was pleasantly surprised. I was checked in by friendly staff to a nice room with two exceptions. 1. There was a used bar of soap in the shower which left me wondering if it had been cleaned after the last guest. 2. There was no hair dryer- good thing I brought one just in case . I had a great night of sleep and enjoyed a breakfast of eggs and sausage. I would definitely stay with you again

The hotel was clean! Convenient parking. Great area.
Took 15 minutes for anyone to show up at the front desk. I had even called while waiting in the lobby. (I didn’t bother leaving a message). The front desk help

Great hotel - yucky pool.
The hotel & the room were updated, clean & quiet (except for the bathroom fan that sounded like a plane trying to take off). The pool was a whole different matter. The water was cold (hadn’t been running), flies in the water with no skimmer in sight & the lighting was very dim.

Bathroom had no light no mirror above sink blood on curtains and chair dirty. Staff lied about cleaning room and no clean towels brought up when requested.

When we arrived we were given a room and keys. The keys open the door on a lady who was just coming out of the shower. We went down to the desk and they told us there wasn't supposed to be anybody in that room. They gave us another room on a different floor. In that room the fan in the bathroom was so loud that you couldn't turn it on while you took a shower unless you wanted to go deaf. There was no hair dryer. When we reported this the desk person said oh okay.

Vending machines were out of order. None of the clocks in the lobby or food areas were working. The breakfast items that needed to be hot were cold, coffee luke warm, wafflemaker not on. Using microwave to heat food found that the microwave wasnt turning! Other than these small issues, the hotel was fine and would get 5 stars if taken care of!

Updated clean hotel. No strange smells like so many hotels across the nation. Only complaint is the water temp and pressure in the shower could be better. Very nice for a short stay.
