Staff was very courteous and helpful with the few issues I had upon first arriving. Check in went smoothly and the Continental breakfast had a good variety.It would be nice to have a sign by the waffle maker that the batter was in the fridge. I had to ask someone where it was. Maintenance was doing some painting in the hallway, but were very accommodating and made sure that we could get through. Overall, nice hotel.

Breakfast was extremely disappointing. We stayed across the street at another hotel and the price was cheaper and the breakfast was so much better.

The room and lobby was cleanand booking was a breeze. Not impressed with the breakfast that is included for the price. We ate elsewhere because not much of a selection. The room was clean and neat but they should of hired real painers. Paint was on the trim where it should not be making it appear a bit junky, well you asked.

The check-in and the room were good. Except for the smoke detector had a wide open battery compartment! And the toilet seat was barely hanging on and much smaller than it should have been. The bowl was really much bigger.
The breakfast was very.basic, toast etc but was clearly advertised as Continental and we know that’s not full at all. Sometimes in hotels there’s hard boiled eggs with that. That’s all

We enjoyed our two night stay at Super 8 in Great Bend, KS. The hotel while not fancy was clean, staff was friendly and our stay checked all the boxes. Quiet & convenient area with Walmart to the East and Dillons to the West. Located on Grant on the South side of 10th St. We would definitely stay here again.

Disappointed that the TV was not working and the front desk didn’t have a solution. It’s nice to relax and watch tv before bed and it was not an option in my room.

I was dreading my stay after a miserable Friday night experience at Super 8 in Hutchinson, however I was pleasantly surprised. I was checked in by friendly staff to a nice room with two exceptions. 1. There was a used bar of soap in the shower which left me wondering if it had been cleaned after the last guest. 2. There was no hair dryer- good thing I brought one just in case . I had a great night of sleep and enjoyed a breakfast of eggs and sausage. I would definitely stay with you again

Took 15 minutes for anyone to show up at the front desk. I had even called while waiting in the lobby. (I didn’t bother leaving a message). The front desk help

Great hotel - yucky pool.
The hotel & the room were updated, clean & quiet (except for the bathroom fan that sounded like a plane trying to take off). The pool was a whole different matter. The water was cold (hadn’t been running), flies in the water with no skimmer in sight & the lighting was very dim.
