第一个房间不干净,床没铺,浴缸很脏。垃圾桶也没清理。我被换到另一个房间,结果房卡又打不开门,还是客房服务员用她的卡帮我开的,然后我又去补办了一张。接着周日看球赛的时候电视坏了,直到我今天早上退房电视都还没修好。
我不知道这家酒店到底发生了什么,但住客都挺怪的。凌晨两点还有人在门外打电话,停车场里有八辆车一直在怠速,还有一堆其他奇怪的事情。不过房间倒是挺干净的,前台也很友好。但说实话,这地方肯定有猫腻,所以价格才这么便宜。
一切都好。
急需翻新。在我们的三楼,走廊地板的几处地方都用胶带修补(存在绊倒危险)。它闻起来有********或氯的味道!房间(浴室)里有未付房费的室友!所以:是蠹鱼和其他虫子,而不是蟑螂。
真正最好的是位置和 First Watch(早餐、午餐)步行三分钟
预订房间之前,我打电话确认了泳池是否开放。入住时,泳池坏了,经理说是刚坏的,但据说是住在这里的客人说泳池已经停用了好几个星期了。早知道这样,我就预订别的酒店了,因为我们想游泳,而且取消预订已经太晚了。我觉得老板为了抢订而撒谎是不对的。房间很干净,但电视一开始坏了。他们不得不来修。除此之外,这次入住体验还不错。
位置便利,但脏乱
早上的免费华夫饼、吐司和麦片很不错,工作人员热情友好,而且位置也很方便。开车去费城、泽西海滩等地都很方便。不过优点也就到此为止了。房间很脏。水槽上满是污垢和灰尘,地板上也似乎很久没拖了。浴室的地漏很脏,淋浴排水管堵塞,排水很慢,房间墙上的烟雾报警器完全不见了!停车场里堆满了垃圾,我们入住期间游泳池一直关闭,因为它是霓虹绿的,带着孩子入住带游泳池的酒店却要额外付费,这让人很不爽!不推荐,以后可能也不会再选择这家品质酒店了。
