The first room had no power to the bedroom and breaker had to be switched on. Then toilet was out of service and no maintenance available to fix it so we had to be moved after unpacking and discovering the issue. 2nd room had same power issue. The air flow is not well distributed. We were told not to use the power outlets in the lamps because it would trip the breaker once again, which, if that is the case, why even offer them for power outlets to begin with?why have them

The shower was disgustingly dirty and we
did not use it. This was extremely disturbing. We had to shower at family’s house. I took pictures and shared it with the person at the front desk.

Staff was very unfriendly. Asked for a room next to my daughter because she as a 2 month old they said they don’t do that. I asked how about the same floor? They said the don’t do that. Asked for a late check out. One hour, they said they don’t do that. Never even tried to accommodate me in any way. Wouldn’t even print me a paper receipt. I will never stay there again. Plus the chair in the room was so stained we had to turn the cushion over.

Generally the room was very clean, the staff were helpful and courteous, and we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was good as well. The laminate wood flooring in our room did show signs of slight water damage (especially near the refrigerator), but otherwise the room was nicely kept.

We had reserved a King. There wasn't one available on our arrival. We were offered a King accessible on the first floor. We refused and accepted a double on the third floor. The bedroom and bathroom area was adequate. The so called sofa bed area was dismal. We got up early and were happy to leave despite the “free breakfast”. We won’t book this brand again.

In town on business, super quick and easy check in and out. Clean, spacious room, breakfast was included and is always a plus. All around a great stay. Recommend!
