We were there for 3 days and could only use the Jacuzzi for 1 day since there was NO hot water in the whole hotel! Called it in and they said "sorry". Also when water came back, the water was like muddy. Called again, and they said it was normal since the city worked on the plumbing. So I had to flush the Jacuzzi TWICE!!!!

Upon arrival we looked the room over and the sheets were covered in black hair. Not a few, but covered! We complained and were brought new sheets but had to replace ourselves. There was black hair on the bathroom wall, and on the floor. The room had an overwhelming smell of choline coming from the pool below. This this the nosiest hotel we had ever stayed at with constant ringing of the bell at the front desk, screaming from the pool below, kids running and jumping above us, hissing from our refrigerator and popping in the wall from the plumbing. We got no sleep for two days. The breakfast is not good and we were taken back by the tip jar. We figured at almost $250 a night we shouldn’t have to leave a tip. When leaving the staff didn’t even care enough to ask how our stay was. Would never stay at again.

I had a lot of issues with my room keys but the staff was always super helpful. Also the tv was very small. Overall it was just fine for what I needed and expected.

Our bathroom had a very strong smell of cigarettes on Sunday morning. We were worried at first fearing possible fire. This was mentioned when we checked out.

Pros:

- Pool area/ slide was a nice touch. Hot tub area is large and can accommodate decent amount of people

- Breakfast is decent compared to many similar hotel chains that offer complementary breakfast

Cons:

- To start off with, we are stuck in a basement room which was a little dingy with little sunlight. When we booked, the stock photo for the room has a fireplace, our room did not come with one

- Bathroom does not have a curtain. Everytime we showered, the bathroom flooded

- Wifi was very slow or nonexistent, likely because we are at the lowest level

- Room service is every 3 days. We put in a request for fresh towels and garbage disposal, and they missed it, so we had to call the front desk to get that in

First night was like warm water to shower, beds are hard, not comfortable at all! Unable to watch TV as it was out, internet was sketchy. For $250/ night I would EXPECT these things to be all in working/comfort condition.

Pool was salt water, clean, and fun! Wasn’t crowded when we went. The water slide was even fun for the adults! Room was roomy. Shower pressure was great. Employees were all friendly and helpful!
