What i didn't like was the swimming pool was SO cold, you couldn't use it. The hot tub was SO hot you couldn't be in it for very long, minutes....

The room/hotel were very clean. Staff was friendly! But the hotel was very, very loud, people/children slamming doors the entire time and running around rooms and halls until very late into the night. We barely slept even with a white noise machine going all night. We were extremely disappointed that the pool was freezing cold since our child was very excited to swim between our daily activities. All and all we will probably not be staying here again.

Although we post signage at the front desk alerting guests to observe quiet hours from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM kids can be loud. Should you allow us to host you again, we would be happy to get you booked in a room away from the common area to cut down on noise, just send a request when making a reservation.

The beds were very comfortable. The rooms and the whole hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is really nice ! It is older, but has been well cared for and has some modern updates. The king suite was huge ! Breakfast was pretty good, and there was a large parking lot behind the hotel which was a plus because we had a trailer. I was surprised by the quality for the very reasonable price we paid.

Room was very nice. However it seemed like a few things were missing. A table next to the couch, a towel rack close to the shower so u could reach a towel when you pull back the shower curtain. I needed to lay the towel on the closed toilet lid so I could reach it. We made due but these little things were obvious fixes that were needed.

位置绝佳，风景也很棒，早餐我非常喜欢。不足之处是我的按摩浴缸坏了，说好第二天派人来修，结果没人来。床很舒服，但是床架设计有问题，一坐上去就嘎吱作响。阳台和泳池区域需要增加防滑措施，我在阳台上就因为湿滑摔了一跤，我儿子和其他几个小孩也在泳池边摔倒过，这样孩子很容易受伤。我预订房间时要求的额外物品一件也没收到。另外，宣传图片和实际不符，我订的房间卧室和图片不一样，图片显示有沙发实际没有，而且壁炉也是坏的。所以，如果这些设施问题能解决的话，我还是会考虑再住的，这次入住我勉强算是满意吧。
