Parking, while secure, is a problem for motorcycles. The automatic gates will not open for motorcycles. During my visit there were several of us on motorcycles and I would imagine that we make up a decent portion of tour clientele. Please address this.

酒店回复: Brian, Thank you for your response. we are aware that our gate can be finicky for motorcycles and bikes. There is a trick to it, but most of the time we try to let people know that they can notify the front desk and we will let them out of the gate manually. Our front desk should notify people of this when they check in. I will remind them of this in hopes that we can help our motorcyclists and bike riders in the future. Thanks again!

The breakfast was phenomenal. The person checking us in was somewhat rude. The room was comfortable but smelled stuffy.

It appeared that you had a good time, but maybe were upset that you were charged an additional night because you did not check out until after 2pm on the day of check out. We did offer you a late checkout for free at 1pm and even let you cancel your last night with no penalty, even though it was past our cancelation policy. We did let you know that our policy is to charge an additional night if you are not out by 1pm and yet you or your worker stayed until after 2pm, preventing us from having the room ready for another guest. We are sorry if you feel like this is bad service; however, we originally were not going to charge you for the last night you booked, we gave you a late check out, and you still prevented us from being able to rent that room to someone else. This is why ultimately you were charged for it. If you have any other questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to me directly.

Beautiful property, nice rooms, gated property provides a sense of added safety and Megan is a great asset. She was friendly upon check-in and was also the bartender. Great personality and great at making drinks.

Our room was clean and well kept. The area around the hotel was subpar. There were cars sounding like they were drag racing and the restaurants were low quality. I only saw 2 staff members the entirety of our stay. The breakfast provided was. It was very disappointing compared to the pictures online.

1st time stay at the Hotel Finial
We really enjoy the stay at this BW Hotel. The comfort was great, and the environment was also pleasant. The staff very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast was nice, but Sunday breakfast didn't go so well. There seem to be just one cook, and she couldn't possibly keep up with the demand of people that showed up to eat. Besides that, I would recommend others to stay here.
