Weather and power outages are not something we can control, so generally speaking we don't provide compensation or refunds due to external events. To your point, the power was back on that evening after being out about 4 hours. We do allow guests to depart early or cancel without a penalty when circumstances are beyond our control, but we do not provide compensation if you decide to stay.I am sorry we couldn't meet that expectation, and I hope your son is on the mend or healthy.

Very nice facility…accessible, clean, friendly. Construction next down the road. but you wouldn’t notice…not intrusive at all. Highly recommended. Great stay!

Arrived after 7hr drive. Waited a few minutes for desk person to come out. Not very friendly and seemed he didn’t want to be there. Room air unit did not shut offf even when turned off. Room was big and everything worked. Breakfast was ok with usual imitation eggs, but a good variety of other things.

I liked the walk-in shower and having a telephone in the bathroom. My husband and daughter needed handicap accessible bathroom so we were well pleased. The breakfast was delicious. Friendly staff and clean facility.

The Right Place, Second to Home!
Excellent price, clean room, friendly and professional staff. The breakfast was excellent and on time as well and the giant cookies that were provided for after hour snacks.
I will always choose Springhill as my home away from home.

The location was convenient to Liberty University. It was also safe. I walked to campus early in the morning while it was still dark with no problems or safety concerns.
