How do I know the rooms are not cleaned between patrons? I have to check out by 11 am because I don’t get paid till later in the day. Check in at 3 pm, it’s the same room I checked out of that morning. The food I forgot was still in the fridge. The used towels and wash cloth were just folded for the next patron to reuse. The bug corpses were still all over the bathroom and shower stall. I knew the microwave was clean because I moved it to remove the cracker wrappers behind it and wipe down the sticky table. I did not get much sleep because I kept knocking cockroaches off the bed. Even with the lights on (which half don’t work) the cockroaches ran rampant over everything. The only reason I was on the first floor was because I am handicapped and the stairs were too treacherous. What motel has non smoking on the second floor only? A positive: the afternoon check-in lady was personable and helpful as best she could be.

Absolutely the rudest clerk I have ever experienced. Reserved room for a team member and thought it was paid online. They said they could not then take card over the phone that I would have to pay online or call customer service for Choice Hotels since that is where I booked. She did not even have the customer service number. When I found and called customer service they said "the hotel canceled your reservation" probably because I told her I didn't understand why she could not provide the number or tell me how to pay online. Customer service said she should have sent a credit card authoriztion slip to the business to pay that way. In the end, my team member left the hotel. Someone came out and said they had bedbugs.

Need new ones pillows and a deep cleaned rooms available for free from me! 🤗😃and the lady at the front on this day was very genuine and come to help us as soon as we asked and I’ve never had better service than her!

Stay away from- no towels , stained sheets, holes in bed sheet , drips of nasty all over walls , filthy shower. Empty bottle outside door , ice on walkway very dangerous - on the second floor all over ice . Nothing had ever been cleaned or updated

Would not be a place I would tell my family and friends about the ice machine was so loud you couldn’t hear the man at the desk so it made it to where you had to keep repeating yourself. He was very rude got into the room he gave us there was roaches crawling everywhere and hair in the bathroom on the floor and in the shower the noise from the other guest were very loud the sheets had cigarette burns in them the bed was very uncomfortable I will not stay there at that motel again they took out the sinks and toilets and changed them I think they should have changed and upgraded everything wasn’t very happy
