The rooms were clean. Updated. Decor of rooms and office were welcoming and stylish. Rate was great. Oceanfront view was the best. Only negative was no microwave in rooms. And had to go to building/office next door for microwave and ice.

Housekeeping was good. View we were promised online was not what we received. We were told we would receive a full night credit which so far we have not. It has now been seven days since we checked in. Seven days since they promised to reverse the charges of one night. Seven business days. We should have seen a credit to our account by now. We also were charged $75 for incidentals. We were told those would be refunded to us as well. They were not. When can we expect to see proper credit?

Some banks take the full timeframe to finalize the credit, but if you do not see it after that window, please let me know and I will gladly follow up.We appreciate your patience, and I’m here if you need anything further.

这是一家装修有风格的酒店，房间干净卫生，十分舒适，前台工作人员马文帅哥热情开朗，美中不足的是装修太新了吧，装修味道没有跑完，过段时间住可能会更好了！
这家酒店又好又干净，特别干净！！地理位置也很棒！！！他们最近刚装修过，所以还在解决一些小问题，但总的来说是一次不错的入住体验。要是我和我丈夫能住到高楼层的房间就更好了，可惜他们没能安排。不过下次预订的时候我一定会特别要求高楼层的。另外，我要特别表扬一下客房服务人员。他们真的非常友好和热情。我们肯定会再来的。哦，还有一点我觉得需要改进的是，应该加一张桌子。我和我丈夫经常点外卖在房间里吃，但除了床上，我们都没地方可以吃饭。
我们非常喜欢这家酒店；它就在海滩边，地理位置绝佳！附近也有很多不错的餐厅。
我们原本计划去那里庆祝我的生日，只住了一晚，结果又住了一晚。我们非常喜欢这个地方，设施齐全，房间景色更是美得令人难以置信。海浪声让人彻底放松，去海滩也很方便。前台工作人员非常非常友好。我们很快就会再来的。
