This property is maintained with optimum quality and service in mind. The rooms are clean, spacious, all gadgets working, breakfast is hot and you can eat all day long unlimited!!!
The owners are very very co-operative and handle business customers with top respect and cordiality. I wish them good luck and I made this as my ONLY CHOICE in Fort Smith.

The shower in the room did not work and the bathtub drained ultra slow. The room smelled like something was spilled in there by whoever was in their prior and they just couldn’t get it out if I didn’t arrive so late I would’ve asked to change rooms, but I’m driving across the country and just wanted to fall asleep. I had to go buy a shower token from a gym nearby in order to take a shower in the morning because of the condition of the shower in the room I was in. I’ve stayed at La Quinta Inn and suites the last five days across the country and this is by far been the worst experience so the point of where I’m not gonna be choosing them moving forward.

Check in and check out were quick and easy. The bed squeaked and the pillows offered no support. Otherwise, we were comfortable. It was fun meeting other travelers with pets. Breakfast was decent, but rather repetitive. We had an issue with a clogged toilet that staff helped us resolve promptly. Overall, it was good.

Room and bathroom smell like mold…
Building Fire alarm and lights sounded off at 2 am for 20 min bringing hotel guests outside and to the lobby…no formal explanation or announcement of why or further direction from staff… no sleep… couldn’t wait to get out of the place in the morning

Looks good from the outside but terrible inside
The bed in the room we were given at check in was partly unmade with a used towel on the nightstand. See photo. The room we were moved to had poor lighting, a dirty hot tub and we saw a cockroach.

There was a polite and helpful man on reception. Hotel room was comfortable and clean and tidy.

Checking in was simple. Front desk worker was kind and efficient. First room we were given had a broken air conditioner. We were quickly given another room when we informed the front desk. We were impressed with clean rooms and facility as a whole. Biggest concern was the side entrance to the hotel that was completely broken and therefore unlocked for public.
