The room was the worst that we stayed in over the last 3 weeks. The tub was clogged and full of mold. The breakfast had the same rotting apples for 3 weeks in a row and the oranges they put out were not any better. There was ants all around the hot tub and the washer leaked.

Everyone was great staff wise, literally best scrambled eggs I’ve ever had, I don’t even like eggs all that much but I was trying to slam protein so I went for it and I went back down like an hour later to get more food it was so fire.

Took my daughter up there to visit a college. The hotel looked great in pics. When I checked in, nobody told me I had to request that the room be tended to during our stay. They did give me fresh towels when I went to the front desk to ask what happened with room cleaning on our 2nd day there. The toilet didn't work properly for 2 of the 3 days there. They did finally get it working on our last day there. The shower leaked behind the shower head and sprayed through a hole in the sheetrock above the liner, and the water that didn't go through the hole channeled along the liner to run all over the floor.

There were stains all over the furniture. There was a large red stain on the floor between the beds.....we are unsure if that was blood or not we will let Centennial PD determine that. The bed comforter had stains on one of the beds. People yelling all night and car alarms going off early in the morning. This place looks nice in the pictures but was rather gross I will not stay here ever again.

We had no hot water. Staff aware hot water heaters not working correctly and broken. They had no solution or time frame for repair.

We stayed 4 days. I paid for 5 days but conditions were so poor we checked out early. Three days we did not have hot water. Another day we did not have hot water until late afternoon. No maid service whatsoever. Bed was not touched or the trash taken out. My husband got some towels from a maid as she was in our hall. Very noisy hall with the maids coming and going but never to our room. We made 3 or 4 calls to the front desk. I talked to the manager twice. He said they were working on the boiler and they only clean every 3 days. So, when I paid up front for 5 days they only clean it once? Yep. Policy, he said. The last time I talked to him, and he said the 3-day thing I told him today was day 4 and no one has touched our room. We are checking out. They also charged us $10.00 a day for parking. Their internet ad says free self-pay parking. We are members of LaQuinta and have never had an issue with them. This stay truly had me rattled. We were in Denver because a family member had open heart surgery. That is stressful enough but then to come back to the room and not be able to relax because there was no clean towels or hot water or a fresh bed and the trash was overflowing times 4. This was an ADA room and the shower stall, curtain and slope to allow a wheelchair was poorly designed. When we were finally able to take showers, water flooded the bathroom, and we had to use the towels we did have to sop water. I'll never go to this LaQuinta in Denver Tech Center again.
一切都很棒,工作人员非常友好,房间非常宽敞,超级舒适。我还会再住这里。
一切都很棒:水质、停车和工作人员。
都好
