Facility is very clean and tidy around the grounds. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are very large. The pool and hot tub area is awesome.

I have come to love this location right on at Arapahoe and Interstate 25. It's near everything with easy access to the highway. Great king beds for the price point in this area.

The staff was (generally) friendly but our room was truly disgusting and the quality of the hotel has taken a nose dive in recent years. There was a distinct smell that smelled like someone had been burning plastic (or other substances) in the room, there were nasty couch stains, splatters, crusty gum pressed into the carpet, torn apart furniture with stuffing pouring out, light sockets barely hanging from the ceiling, and I'm not even joking when I say we couldn't tell if there was dried blood on the walls or if it was some sort of food. Being incredibly tired and having already hauled a lot of luggage upstairs, we elected to stay and suck it up for the night; The bed itself seemed fine and sleep was the primary objective. Unrelated to the lack of cleanliness, there are also a lot of people with (obvious) substance abuse issues in and out of the building, so there is a constant police presence. You may find this to be a good thing, or unsettling. The hotel also now charges an additional $20 for parking per night, and asked for a $40 cash fee when we requested an hour checkout extension (which seemed sketchy, quite frankly, especially considering checkout extensions are a common courtesy practice). We've stayed at this hotel a myriad of times over the last five years, and each time, it seems to be getting worse. However, we probably won't be back. It's not worth it anymore.

Clean rooms. Front desk staff went above and beyond. Dining room staff was exceptional. Didn’t need housekeeping other than supplies; very helpful. Overall stay - outstanding.

Price was decent, our suite was large. Nothing super fancy but bed was comfy and room was clean, lots of places to walk too. Pool did look really dirty though, we did not swim.
