Room and bathroom bfelt unclean. There may have been blood on the lamp shade. Carpet was burned. Ended up going to another hotel.

We got to the room and it had not been cleaned. The toilet had stains in it, there were no clean towels, and the soiled bed linens from the previous occupants were throen across the desk. After going to reception and being refused a refund because we "booked through a 3rd party" we were offered a room that was very cleary unutilized. It also had a dirty toilet and towels and used soap in the shower dish. The linens were cleaned but the thermostat was completely turned off with the room at less than 50degrees when we entered (in November). Obviously the room was never temperature controlled because the room had clear evidence of peeling paint. Never again. Dont know how it had 7/10 customer satisfaction.

I had to go to the front desk to get a "do not disturb" sign for the door. No grab bars near the side of the toilet. I requested and booked a handicapped room. Pictures show a living room chair with an ottoman. The desk chair was broken. Wheels didn't turn. I didn't get a comfortable chair for 24 hours.

My room was pretty gross around the edges. The carpets felt dirty and smelled like an ashtray. The bathroom had some mold and wasn't fully cleaned before my check in. Everything else was OK but it felt pretty gross. Great for a working traveler or something but i wouldn't bring my family here.

Check in was slow because the clerk didn’t have a password for the computer. The bed had hazardous bars protruding out, which I accidentally kicked a few times. They didn’t have coffee in the morning and the breakfast selection was dismal.

他们给了我两个房间,因为其中一个房间没有遥控器,而且他们从另一个房间拿来的遥控器也打不开电视。两个房间的家具都很旧、很脏,状况也很差。
但至少第二个房间的卫生间不像第一个房间那样弥漫着污秽的气味,第一个房间看起来像是用一块泡在脏水里的抹布擦了好几天似的。气味很难闻,地板也很黏。
窗帘顶部积满灰尘,整个天花板上都布满了灰尘和棉绒。事实上,整个房间和家具都非常脏、破损,而且维护得很差。墙壁似乎只是修补了一下,刷了一层与墙壁颜色相配的油漆。办公椅的衬垫很脏,坐垫也坏了,所以无法调整高度。
早餐角的椅子衬垫很脏,有些还很松;坐下时会摇晃,很容易断裂,造成事故。
总体而言,这家酒店非常老旧、肮脏、维护不善,而且住宿质量和清洁度与这个价格不符,价格过高……
