While the staff was very friendly and the place was very nice looking, we had a terrible time. We had two queen beds. The first night was fine until we woke up and my husband was itching like crazy! We got up and found a bed bug crawling on the bed next to us! Reported it immediately and Tiffani moved us to a room with a king size bed. She apologized and said the manager would come talk to me. No one said a word to us after that. They never offered us a refund or anything. I do not recommend this place and will not return!

The first room they put us in was very dirty like no one cleaned it. Then the AC also did not work and it was really hot. Then I asked stuff about a different room and they were very rude and made up excuses on why the room was hot and dirty. I then was allowed to look at 3 different rooms and all of them were the same standard except for 1 and the one I stayed in I had to go buy cleaning supplies as well as sheets for the bed because it still was not all the way clean... I don't recommend this hotel at all.

I stayed 4 nights and would definitely stay here again. The room was clean, everything worked, the staff was very helpful and friendly and the parking lot felt safe. Pretty much all you could want in a hotel stay!
The only odd thing, was that the shower takes a long time to warm up. I saw that in another review too. I feel bad wasting the water but if all the rooms are doing it, maybe it's just the building?

Service was great, property was clean and well lit, rooms were pretty clean but the couch looked very stained and the 2nd sink that’s located outside of the bathroom didn’t work properly. But overall a quiet good stay.

Nice Stay
Hotel stay was nice but there were a lot of people hanging around in the parking lot and in cars as if this was an event space.
The staff was really nice and welcoming each time in passing. Breakfast options were good. We did not experience the pool.
