The first room we got (1st floor) smelled like cigarettes so badly we had to ask for a second room (3rd floor). The 3rd floor stunk like **** but our room was fine. The pool was way over capacity and the water was so filthy you couldn’t see the bottom. Woke up in the middle of the night to the whole room smelling like ****. Had to put a towel under the door to try and stop the stench from creeping in and turn the AC on to try and get some air circulation. Can’t rate breakfast because I doubt we’ll make it there.

Clean room and facility. Staff was friendly and efficient. Parking was easy. Would have liked a wider variety of bagels or donuts and some kind of to go container for easy breakfast on the way to work.

Waited 20 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check us in, then our room card didn’t work and had to wait for then again, smoke detector was falling off the ceiling in our room, screamed at at the pool by other guests who left food and trash everywhere, the pool bathroom and the common bathroom was disgusting. We booked a room that had a pull out for a fifth person and when we went to ask for linens we again had to wait and were told he would bring them up and then he didn’t so we went down to get them and they didn’t have any blankets left so they could only offer us sheets.

My reviews is a 1 star for this property mostly because Saturday night was the worse night I have ever experienced in a hotel. From 930 pm to 330 am about 15 teenagers were in the hallways, yelling, cussing, opening and slamming doors. Management offered a 20% return of funds. Finally the police came and removed them. They were directly in front of my door. The breakfast was well stocked daily. There is a pool and hot tub. The bed was comfortable as well as the room. The hotel is near food and the highway. The staff is friendly.

The staff were very nice especially Tiffani at the front desk. Our only complaint was the breakfast room where you serve yourself was very hot. It made the dining area hot too.

This place has bed bugs!
While the staff was very friendly and the place was very nice looking, we had a terrible time. We had two queen beds. The first night was fine until we woke up and my husband was itching like crazy! We got up and found a bed bug crawling on the bed next to us! Reported it immediately and Tiffani moved us to a room with a king size bed. She apologized and said the manager would come talk to me. No one said a word to us after that. They never offered us a refund or anything. I do not recommend this place and will not return!

The first room they put us in was very dirty like no one cleaned it. Then the AC also did not work and it was really hot. Then I asked stuff about a different room and they were very rude and made up excuses on why the room was hot and dirty. I then was allowed to look at 3 different rooms and all of them were the same standard except for 1 and the one I stayed in I had to go buy cleaning supplies as well as sheets for the bed because it still was not all the way clean... I don't recommend this hotel at all.
