Horrible at opening making sure hotel kept reservations from previous owner. Many many women left without a place to stay.

had a reservation for 2 rooms for Oct 10th to 12th. It had been made under Sleep Inn 10 months in advance. I received an email from Sleep stating that they had sold the hotel and we needed to contact the new hotel to confirm our reservation. I did this immediately. I was told by your staff that my reservation was there and we would all set. Upon arrival, I was informed that I did not have a reservation. Apparently, when I called to confirm they were looking at the “old system.” I would like to know how this happened. I should have been told I needed to make a new reservation when I called, or that I would need to call back when the new system was in place. Why would you even have access/ be looking at/ the old companies information. This could have ruined our weekend. We were blessed to have a friend offer us a place to stay. I know several women who ended up having to sleep in their car, or went home and missed the conference all together. Your company should have, at the very least, had a manager there to talk to instead of that poor girl having to take the blunt of angry customers who where left stranded because of your negligence. You company failed in every way possible in this situation.

We had reservations for Oct. 10-12. We arrived at the hotel to find we didn’t have a reservation. Even though we had verified before coming. Will never again stay at this establishment.

While I had an issue with my booking, Sonja saved it! I showed up after 5pm and found out my listing had somehow been canceled. She pulled on her network to get me a hotel room for the same price approved by my employer and made it so that I had a place to stay that night. Thank you Sonja!

Sonya was very helpful, friendly and professional and helped us out when we needed it. The rooms are very clean and we greatly enjoyed our stay. Because of Sonya's great customer service and genuineness we will be staying at this motel again.

Great stay. The beds were comfy and shower spacious. I love having the shampoo and conditioner dispenser in the shower. Breakfast was good. Coffee great. Although they were doing remodeling, we still had a comfortable stay. Sonja even called to confirm we were coming and had our keys ready for a quick check in because we arrived at 10 p.m. will stay again. Close to our reason for coming to Lynchburg and other amenities were close. Sonja was sweet and helpful.

I gave the hotel a four only because we were surprised to learn that none of the rooms have microwaves. That meant after a busy day of sightseeing we had to go to the breakfast room to warm up our dinner we brought with us. The hot water was very slow to arrive in the shower but once it was there it was hot. The breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed our eggs with sliced ham. Plenty of other choices as well.

首先,酒店位置很不方便。我们到达时前台空无一人。我们喊了几声,没人应答。我们甚至敲了敲办公室的门,还是没人回应。然后我们走到外面,看到一个年轻女孩靠在墙上。我们问她是不是酒店员工,并告诉她我们正在办理入住。她一副很不情愿的样子。没有欢迎,没有“感谢您成为希尔顿会员”,也没有“这是您的瓶装水”。我们只去了一趟,把东西搬到房间。我们发现房间里没有咖啡机。我回到车里,跟前台说了这件事。她用一种百无聊赖的语气回答说:“希尔顿要求我们把咖啡机撤掉。”虽然房间很干净,但是太小了!洗手池在房间里,浴室里有一个很小的淋浴间,就在马桶对面。我们以后不会再住这家酒店了。这家酒店根本不配希尔顿这个品牌。
