I wish we could have used the hot tub without a bunch of unsupervised kids running/yelling/splashing in both the pool and hot tub until well after the supposed 9pm closure. Also, you could have insisted that the parents deal with the boisterous children who were running around and talking loudly in the hallways until 1am in the morning. For $200 a night, it was not a very restful visit and we got very little sleep. Also, in room 105, the wall paper is peeling off in the bathroom just above the tile and the shower doors are on backwards so you either have to let water spray through the gap or have the interior handle on the wrong end. And (just niceties) the blackout side has come out of it's track and the privacy shade is lopsided.

The room was clean and I enjoyed my stay. The only problem was housekeeper just walked in my room without knocking but I just checked in and I was fully dressed so it wasn’t a problem for me

Pretty Disappointing
Lovely front desk staff and we were able to check in early which was much appreciated. The room was dated and cramped with no light in the shower which was very dark. It was close to the Mall but you had to drive. I

晚上8点以后酒店就没人管理了。
我早上8点离开房间，10点多回来后发现房间没有打扫。我打电话给前台，他们说第二天再打扫。我要求和经理谈谈，他们告诉我经理晚上8点就下班了，第二天早上才回来。我要求经理第二天给我打电话讨论这个问题。
我一直没接到经理的电话，所以我第二天早上11点半左右又打了一次。他们说经理不在！于是我要求经理给我回电话。但我还是没接到他的电话。
我午夜后回到房间，发现房间电话上的红灯在闪。我打电话给前台，接线员竟然不知道怎么听留言。我最后自己搞明白了。当我听留言时，是经理晚上8点给我打的电话，我猜是他当天离开酒店前打的。
第二天早上5点我就退房继续我的行程了。我打算给凯悦集团写一份类似的评论，我可是他们的忠实会员。
几天后我还通过Trip.com预订了亚利桑那州坦佩的同一家凯悦酒店。我希望不要再遇到同样的情况。
另外，酒店里还有旅游团的客人。这导致工作人员很难照顾到所有客人的早餐需求，他们无法及时补充食物，以供所有人享用。
