There was no one at the reception desk when I arrived. Two other people were waiting and said they had tried the phone number posted and had been there several minutes already. The room itself was very dark. The light bulbs were low wattage and there weren't many of them. The floor I was on was the lower floor, half a flight down from the street level. The tub in the bathroom was in poor shape.

Shower was dirty pretty rough. Needs redone. Cold air was blowing through poorly insulated windows. Terrible lighting in rooms.

The first room we were directed to hadn’t been cleaned, so the member of staff promptly apologized and got us a key to a different room. It may have been because of the mix up that this room was less than desirable. There was no place to hang our clothes, the wiring for several of the lights was exposed, etc. There wasn’t a room number on the door, so I think they were renovating it. The most disturbing thing, though, was that there was a mystery portal in the shower, which made me suspect a camera. Creepy.

The fact that they never asked us if we wanted our room cleaned and serviced which should be standard so we came back to nothing cleaned. Then they tell us it is due to them being worried about being accused of their staff stealing is very concerning. Who do you have working there. Then like every other room had room numbers on the doors like people were living there or something weird was happening. They claimed they were being worked on. I work in the industry and never in my life have i seen that. Seems like a shady location

Aging facility and the bathrooms were very average... no hair dryer. Limited breakfast. Friendly staff to welcome you but you have to ring a bell to have someone come out and help you. That is a trend that needs to stop.

Smaller room. Air conditioner was noisy and could hear something like the ice machine all night long. Did ok in a pinch but would choose differently next time. Price was definitely too much for such a hotel-but it was a game weekend.
