This property was absolutely filthy. It was a drug motel. People were actually living there. I have videos of the room how filthy it was we immediately checked out

I’ve had a great stay-the main goal was to enjoy the beach-and it was right there (literally a minute walking). I didn’t use the pool but it looked clean and other people seemed to enjoy it. The room was clean, the facility itself was clean as well. However, there was an unpleasant smell outside the room at times (for some reason, more noticeable in the evenings). Breakfast was ordinary: cereal with milk, waffles with syrup, yogurt, orange and apple juice, and coffee and tea. Would be nice if they had some basic fruit: apple or banana. Staff was friendly enough.

Staff was friendly and helpful.

(201) The room we stayed in needs a little work as in the bathroom door needs replaced since it looked like it was falling apart at the bottom, the door to the balcony needs a little help as well because the doorknob was stuck and made it hard to open it. We saw a few cockroaches when we would move a trash can or turn the lights on. It also would have been nice to of had a plug for the bathtub because it did make it hard for my child to take a bath.

Tired old facility. Needs major maintenance!! Room doors damaged and not fitting properly, no daily housekeeping. Three nights no towel, bed, or trash service even when trash is placed outside the room. Let's not forget the cockroaches in the room. Room descriptions not accurate "sleeps six"? Not on the ocean view rooms unless three persons per bed. Even desk attendant was surprised. Would not repeat.

The property appears to have very little concern for maintenance of any kind. The safety for the guests is not a priority. The room was filthy and had a faulty light fixture. Bedding was old.
