I thought the front desk clerk wasn’t very clear about where to go to get to the room. It’s a very big place and I had walked around a little bit before figuring out where to go. Other than that all was well.

A very nice hotel right on the beach with nice pools and a tiki bar. Our suite was spacious and well appointed. Unfortunately we discovered roaches on the kitchen counter both of our night stays (every time you turned on the lights at night you found at least 1 or 2 live ones). Also, the floors appeared to not be mopped for weeks. We told the front desk and finally an exterminator came, but housekeeping never did. Later we let them know that 2 of 3 light bulbs needed replacing in the bathroom and 2 guys showed up within 20 minutes and replaced them.

No maid service at all for 6 days. Tv was messed up. Toilet sat almost to ground. Had to call for towels. Take out trash. Go to desk for toilet paper.

The room floor plan was great for us, the closeness to the ocean was great, staff was nice and the Beach Front Restuarant was nice and affordable. The major issue is the room was VERY dusty (walls, shelves, and lights), the floor had not been moped/cleaned, and the coffee maker did not work. There was a light that did not work over the dining table that looked like it had been taped back together and there was a hole in the wall next to the refrigerator. We were only there 2 days, but they did offer a discount and were apologetic about it.

今天我的身份证过期了，但我已经预订了下一晚的房间。我男朋友在不到一小时的通知下就被赶出了房间，被锁在外面，我们的一些个人物品甚至都还在里面，当时我还在上班呢！！！这家酒店的任何人都没有通知我他们不接受我的过期身份证，而且我需要尽快离开。我不得不从第三方销售平台Trips.com那里申请退款，他们一开始还说这笔订单不提供任何退款！我还在等他们的退款回复呢！在今天经历了这些粗鲁的人之后，我再也不会回那家酒店了，也绝不会向任何人推荐他们！！！
房间里有异味，厨房用具很脏，床不舒服，一场暴风雨袭击了房间，由于空调管道状况不佳，房间里被水淹没，他们没有给我们另一个房间，他们只是来打扫，床很脏，在接待处，我们受到了接待人员的种族歧视，服务非常差
我在这家酒店住了好几年了。我太喜欢它了。这里的一切我都触手可及，一切都非常干净，服务也非常好。如果上帝保佑，我会继续选择这家酒店。
这里很不错，还有儿童泳池。
