Room seemed clean and was in a better price range. Staff was friendly and service was quick. However the shower in the main room was already clogged as it had drained so slow we had 2 inches of water. The toilet had also been clogged before we had gotten there and had almost flooded a couple times. Thankfully maintenance was able to assist before too long. However the room did come with a pull out sofa bed, but the one in our room seemed bent at the bottom of the bar making it hard to use and be comfy in. The pool did not have any towels which resulted in everyone having to go to the front desk and ask, and while it’s snowing outside, this was not a fun task. Pool had no one monitoring or attending it, this lead to kids climbing up the water slide and a couple other children almost got hurt. While the hotel looks amazing inside, there is still work that can be done.

We came for the pool, we'd been a few years ago and enjoyed it. That said, the hotel rooms do need some maintenance and upgrades. They are outdated, but also need some real maintenance issues addressed. The breakfast was really good with plenty of options for different cold and hot items. The fitness room could do with some maintenance as well and it'd be nice to have some towels in there for working out and some water.

Our room's microwave had a loaf of bread in it that expired in May, and we stayed in October. We took it to the front desk and they didn't care. So cleanliness is questionable.

Wonderful Staff
We came in very late and they allowed us to preorder dinner and we picked it up at the bar well after the restaurant was closed. We are so great full. Thank you so very much for taking such great care of us.

Friendly & attentive staff. When i was walking to my room and made a wrong turn, the front desk staff pointed me in the right way where i was lost at. Beds were super comfortable with lots of pillows. Room was clean.

Room very over priced. No working smoke alarm…only wires hanging from the ceiling where one should be. Rules not enforced at pool area…rules states everyone must have a wrist band and many kids and adults that were swimming did not. No towels in pool area had to run to front desk for them. Adults in hot tub were drinking alcohol with a lot of toddlers running around by them. Staff barely acknowledged your existence. I would not return.

Just ok. Kids were doing cannonballs into the hot tub which was a bit annoying. Not the hotels fault. I would not stay here unless I had kids. The outdoor pool was nice in the morning as I enjoyed a cup of coffee before it was actually open.
