Carpets could really use cleaning. Stains from the time you walk in and unfortunately continues into your room. Keys work for two to three try’s then back to front desk where you ring the bell for 5 min to get them reset. One good thing is they don’t have a gym but give you a pass to local one. Hoping not to stay there again but if it was all I could get would do it.

Front desk staff were great. But no elevator with a second level room was tough and as not disclosed when making reservation. No housekeeping except every three days per policy. That’s just gross, and in addition, I was there four nights and had no housekeeping service. I had to ask for clean towels, toilet paper, and trash removal. Continental breakfast was the average fare. Tables and counter edges were sticky. Coffee wasn’t hot.

Overall a less than stellar stay.

Rugs needed cleaning. One employee was not friendly or attentive and spent every minute that I saw him on his phone, even moved outside to continue looking at his phone and to vape!!!! Shower/tub very scary for disabled. Very few towels. Coffee week and not hot.

AC worked well. Bed comfortable. More pillows and towels on request.

I could never get my key to open the side door. had To go to the front lobby door to get in. Staff said they knew about the problem. Still needs fixed. the Staff were very nice at least the people I dealt with.

Our room was gross, stained carpet, black mold in the shower, smelt like sewage in the bathroom. This building is in need of updating. We even checked the bed for cleanliness and bugs. The chair was uncomfortable. Very sad because the staff that checked us in was extremely professional and nice.
