Kevin at the front desk was amazing really helped me out and made my day. Loved the soft pillows and bed. Super quiet hotel. And the breakfast was one of the best Ive had at a hotel. Skyler at the front desk was very sweet and helpful as well. I’ll definitely be back.

The man at the front desk was super sweet and helpful.
The room was mediocre. It was clean, but the fridge did not work, the bath tub had no plug so only showers… the shower head had calcium buildup so badly that the water pressure was not there and I had to use the strongest setting just to be able to get enough water out of it to wash my hair. Then the small things… both shampoo and conditioner bottles on the shower wall were out so I had to go downstairs to ask them to replace them. The tissues were empty, but I didn’t worry about that one. There are places on the wall that were kind of patched up, but not correctly.
But, with all that being said, the beds were good and pillows were okay as well. For the price, I feel it was worth it.
Also, the location is in a good area, I felt safe, so that was a huge plus!

Could have been cleaner. The remote control was missing and the TV was messed up. Then the fire alarm went off at 7 in the morning because someone burnt some toast at breakfast.

Pool was out of order. Couldn't watch the world series. Had to be moved to another room because the TV didn't work. Breakfast area smelled like burnt toast and stunk up my clothes.

TV works just fine , Room you stayed in had Bathtub not shower floor and our headboards are Laminate Mahogany Cherry wood which are wiped daily. Beds linen are changed daily with Fresh set. We never received any complaint or request for assistance from your stay. This makes us think that your may have misunderstood our stay with some other hotel you previously stayed. Please contact Hotel immediately so we can resolve this issues. Thank you

First room we were assigned to had stained comforter and sheets, pillows smelled like the cases hadn’t been changed. Light fixture in bathroom didn’t work.
We asked to change rooms, which Christi easily obliged. The comforter was better the pillows and towels didn’t smell very fresh. Bathroom mirror frame noticeably needs to be touched up with paint. Rust spots on bathtub need cleaning, yes there is a product that can take out rust or replace the tub. Headboard needs to be cleaned and polished. Looked like someone was “getting busy” against it. The rooms just need someone to get in and clean all the nooks and crannies.
