I booked a particular room that I have stayed in often. The room has been poorly maintained. Jetted tub is in a poor state. Bathroom faucet is rusty and corroded. Staff has to do NOTHING for check in or check out as they require online check ins and check outs. When arriving, staff was extremely rude. He had to only hand me my key and give basic info and he acted like that was an inconvenience. Hot items at breakfast were COLD. I took to my room and reheated them there. I doubt I will ever stay here again despite always have chosen this hotel.

Booked it quick for an overnight stay before my wife's surgery at a local hospital in Sioux Falls. The hotel Room was just what we needed... I would have liked another bar or two of hotel soap. Between the two of us we used up the soap we had. Nice people at the front desk!
