We grabbed this as my son was having surgery the next morning and wanted to know we made it to town with the weather. We first stepped into our room and there was a white bug crawling on the floor. I also noticed some black bugs on the bathroom floor the next morning. Had we been staying any longer I would have complained but we were literally there for 12 hours.

Room was awful. Not clean (vape found in bed when we do not smoke), cracks in the walls by the AC units and bathtub with what looked like mold in shower, no light bulb in the lamp, drawers were open when we entered the room(weird), fridge smelt awful where we couldn’t use it, the living room ac unit was loud and smelled so we couldn’t use it, the entryway from outside to the building had a dirt floor and smelt musty (weird). No tv in the bedroom of the suite and no phone. Staff offered to change us rooms but we did not feel comfortable staying in two bedrooms down. They said they could not refund us even though we were not staying

There was no hot water when I tried to shower at 4:30 this morning. I even let the shower in 5 to 10 minutes to see if it would warm up. When I reported it to the front desk, the lady said oh well you’re on the side of the hotel where the wolf whirlpools are so they were probably all in their whirlpools. Like what?! Everyone in a whirlpool suite was using their whirlpools at the same time at 4:30 AM?! No attempt to rectify the situation just oh well, it happens attitude!

Great place to stop for the kids to run around & play after 8 hr drive! Friendly staff & rooms were large enough to spread out in.

The main attraction for staying was the waterpark for the kids, and they had a blast! I agree with other reviews that the actual hotel is a bit outdated, but our room was clean, and the beds were comfortable! I thought it was a bit weird that there was no overhead light over the vanity/sink. We would definitely stay again!
没早餐也没咖啡，客房服务早上9点就闯进来了，太吵了。

我在办理入住时要求安排机场接驳车，但没有得到回复。办理入住时，工作人员告诉我“没问题，只要您在出发前五分钟左右打电话就行”。我提前15分钟到达大堂，被告知接驳车正在接一位员工上班，不到5分钟就到。
我等了25分钟，最后叫了辆Uber。前台拒绝帮我叫车。接驳车和Uber几乎同时到达。
淋浴热水等了将近5分钟。
我要求的叫醒服务一直没有提供。
我在餐厅点的鸡翅很难吃，如果换了油的话会更好一些。
我想我以后都不会再住这家酒店了。
