The front desk woman was a very rude and unaccommodating. Worst check in i have had and ive stayed hundreds of nights in hotels. I always stay at the ramada in Sioux Falls. Sadly i will never use this establishment again.

It was a nice place to stay while enjoying the rodeo in town for the weekend. It was busy but there were still plenty of spots for parking. The only complaint we had was people letting their hotel room doors slam shut frequently later at night. Other than that, the stay was good overall.

It’s time for an upgrade. Many things are broken or worn out. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, the sofa bed painful springs and wouldn’t lay flat. The air conditions clink and clank and keep you up all night. No screens on the upper level window. Many of the atrium areas are just dirt. The vending machines and ice machines did not work. Some of the arcade games are worn or broken. The kids loved the pirate ship pools but it was not worth it for the price. And no continental breakfast to boot.

Pool was great but ****** was never open nor the tiki bar and we had numerous pill bugs all over our room

Staff were pleasant.
Could be a bit more clean inside and outside on property. Will continue to stay here!

The room was nice and clean...the staff at Bostons was AWEDOME!!!! Front desk was great too. We stay here almost every time we have to stay in SF. Thanks for great service and a great weekend.

Very friendly, hard working staff in all depts., great bar/restaurant attached. It was very nice to have my room cleaned & clean towels when i came back to my room! Since covid hotels arent the same but this place is awesome! Will recommend & will definitely be back!
没早餐也没咖啡，客房服务早上9点就闯进来了，太吵了。
酒店很棒。不过，考虑到价格，如果能提供免费早餐就更好了。
