Wish we could have had an area to play games in pool area to just watch kids without paying ridiculous amount of money to sit inside the gate. Not using facility but safely watching kids. More seating inside pool area. Even discounted observer tickets would have been nice.

I liked our room- clean and close to a door.
I arrived around 930pm and was a bit disappointed when i went to the restaurant- the kitchen was already closed but the bartender was willing to " get me a drink quick for last call" normally they close at 11pm but they had a notice closing at 10pm but i was hungry. It also was a point that the pool also closed at 10pm so its key not to arrive near closing youll lose out on some of the amenities.

During the week is the best time to go because the pool is never to full compared to the weekends. The rooms are nothing fancy but it’s affordable and it works.

The pool accommodation is were very unexpected in a good way and the restaurant and bar was awesome also

Everything was wonderful: Airport shuttle, room, breakfast, waterpark area, staff. What a great stay!

Rooms were clean, only complaint was located near the water so there was noise and slight chlorine smell, overall though our stay was good and would stay again.

The pool was nice, the restaurant was good, nice staff. Very rude evening staff, pop machine was broken & the staff lady was huffy about helping! Also, we found underwear that didn't belong to us in the room. 🙁

It's obvious the facility is old and needs major updating. Worn carpeting, heating/cooling system loud and inefficient, toilet running. However the bed was very comfortable and that's all I needed. The hotel rate was also 1/3 to 1/2 the cost of other nearby hotels. Bottom line - for the cost I would stay again
